Just keep it simple and smooth every day. Not putting too much pressure on yourself and you will gain, but you need to remain committed so you get in the habit of training every day or whatever your schedule is. Hope creates the strength to move forward without fear. Faith provides the certainty in obtaining your objectives. Guidance provides the directions to where you can move forward with. Pray for those people, so they eventually come to Christ there's no there's no more powerful prayers. Then when you're praying for someone else. 2 guys, you can check out on TikTok are Matt McMillan and Taco Talks. They are both biblical Christians, meaning they teach nothing. But the bible, no added on bullshit. Just like me, their slogan is Jesus plus nothing. Go through both of their accounts, because they're chuck full of great teachings.

Anyways I have to get massive in 60 some days to get bigger it's up to me. I have to keep track here I don't know how I'm going to do that...Is not going to be easy. Hope life doesn't get much on my way and allows me to get that fulfilment.

Guys broke the Mityvac pump handle. While I was using it any idea what happened.. I don't think the MOS shop sell spare parts. I need to get one any asap. Any suggestions thanks.

Superglue by itself is not going to hold it together. In your case, to use a temporary reinforcement, would cut out two 5mm wide x 2cm long x 4mm thick sheet metal or metal stick. Place one behind the trigger and one in front. Both of these help to reinforce the breakage point.

I would then use the liquid cyanoacrylate (CA) super glue with an activator. Why an activator? Fastest curing time to prevent connection fatigue. If you're my neighbor, you can simply walk up the front door and ask, "Hey, got a plastic welder?" I'll smile and open up the garage to do some crazy experiment with you.

Just use a hot iron for soldering and fuse plastic back together should produce a temporary solution till replacement

Think would be ideal to use two thin metal sheets one behind and one in the front.. i may try that too.. I saw this Mityvac pump (metal). A bit more costly though.
