Plenty of people drill holes with no problem. 4.75 is the measurement for the tube size. Here is the size.I just received the hanging portion the bolts holes didn't match the powerassist holes, are like an inch apart from the hanging portion holes. Figured something out hope it works...I have two power assist. I'm going to attach them together and drill a hole trough . This would attach it to the power assist perfectly.. Hope this drill don't weaken the power assist and breaks them..

Yup that is what should be happening. Eventually that girth will stick and give you the size you desire. Are you using the 5x5x3?Mike I'm pumping that thing and I notice how big it gets I can get to 7" inside the tube. But Im still at 5 hg.... Probably whitin a month I will go higher. IYKYK..

OkIt's possible but set your goals to smaller increases. Shoot for 8 and when you get there make it 9.

Just be sure you continue your training even when you don't feel like it. There were many days where I was tired or having a bad day I always used that to inspire me to push forward. So get it done no matter what!I go

I had pizza and a cherry coke yesterday was ok, feel a bit tired again but I'm going to take a small break and resume in 20 minutes...I want to hold a 9x6+" inches trophy between my legs by the end of the yearI hope you are enjoying your pizza, I wish I had some
I felt tired many times but I always looked to my goal and that wound inspire me to train. A lot of time this meant that I may start out tired but once I started the exercise I always gained the strength I needed to get through this. If your in pain back off but if you are sore or tired push through it and get. the most you can out of it. Jesus be with you in your struggles.
