At what age a man should be careless about P.E. and be careless about getting bigger.. I d say from 20 to 70 he still can have fun getting bigger.. Would be impressive when a 70+ man having long lasting erections.. Is there an age range?.. 😆
 
Sorry to say, but even at 70, i'll be making the slong as strong and big as I can since I have more time. Can't say the same for the nurses that tend to me in my absent mindedness.
 
I had this routine it was ok.. LM + SSJ couldnt finish the SSJ routine noticed my cock got thicker the grip wasn't easy .
I'm waiting for the Mityvac pump..

Anyway this is day one for the next six months.. An everyday reminder from you guys would be useful and helpful to keep me going

Definitely. I was doing SSJ before before I before I even before I even used a pump and my growth was incredible. But taking that a step forward to the 5x5x3 we'll shoot your growth to the moon. So I would say, since you do not have your pump right now, you can substitute that with twenty minutes of SSJ. this will help you prime for the upcoming workout and get you ready for the most intense workout ever.

When Bundled stretching twisting to the left right whatever how long until I can tell that tunica is giving in and then switch sides to get a better result.. ??
I would say that holding a twisted stretch. The time length should be about one minute for every angle. You may be able to handle more than that, but be cautious as you do not want to hurt yourself

Right one week bundled stretching to the left. Next week to the right..it's more the feeling I get to know when to twist to the right or left.. Common sense plays a role here too..
