how to avoid fluid at night with PF

i use small PF.....but i tried the medium PF for a while with rubber band on the sleeve for vacuum but it slips ......and at night there is sooo much fluid retention....how can that be avoided ?

Good Air/vacuum pumps?

i love my bath mate however staying in the bathroom for 20+ mins a day is a challenge. So im now thinking about buying an air/vacuum pump. First, where can I buy a good pump that isn't crazy expensive? and two, if trying to gain girth, what kind of cylinder should I invest in? Thanks

VACHANGER: any one gain using lower weights (5 lbs and under) and longer times?

doubt on PF

guys when you put the protector cap your glans ....is there a little gap or some empty same at the tip or do you completely fit it in like the meatus touching the cap ?? cuz there is this small circular thing at the tip of the protector cap and most of the times when i put it on that area...

is that its TOO DAAAM LOOONG !!! its impossible to wear it when u move out of house. this white vacuum part of the PF makes it very long...i wish that could be chopped off ...lol plus i think thats why something like the size doctor extender is invented.......i would love to have one of...
