How Often for Girth Work?

There's always been a big debate on how often you should do Penis Enlargement, and with the SRT DLD confirmed length is best done every day, but what about girth? Have we figured that out yet? It always seemed to be either 3 days a week or 5, with just a handful that did it every day.

They say time under tension is how the tunica gains so why is everybody holding their stretch for 30 seconds instead of like 10 15 minutes a stretch? I would think that would be more effective Any thoughts?
