Can you hang longer than 20 minutes?

Question for the more experienced hangers. If I don't have any numbness or coldness in my head at the 20 minute mark then could I go longer? It would be nice to do 2 30min sets vs 3 20min sets to hit an hour. Just the time saved by not strapping in and out would help me be able to hang for more...

24 hours a day of PE

How does the Lengthmaster compare to the BIB hanger? Can expect any gains from the Tunica? What limitations would I have with the Lengthmaster? Do you recommend doing Girth work the same time of doing Length work. Or do you think that would hinder the results in length?

BC muscle issue
