Right guys Give me your routines Flaccid or erect pumping Long sets or short 5mins sets?? Gains?? At the minute I am doing 4x 5mins in gym shower after a workout. Should I change it up to 1x20min set or 2x10mins etc etc

What are you guys taking for good erection quality to aid girth workout?

I have been smoking Marijuana because it gives me a solid erection for my girth workout. But the down side is that I end up eating too much food. Apart from kegel and pills like Titan, Male Extra and Prosolution pills, what are you guys taking or doing in order to get solid erection for girth work?

When do gain become permanent?

So I started using my BM last night, and I got nice expansion, but not big as I expected, is there any way to increase pressure and expansion except working SRT program 5x5x3? Btw my measurments after session was 6.5 at the base, but 5.3 on mid, there is something I didn't do good.
