Stretching vs Hanging weights as a recovery after LM3 session

I started with Lengthmaster 3 couple of weeks ago. Going well. I am only doing 20 mins once a day. And then follow the session with 2-3 hrs of recovery under stretch using Phallosan. I might add another 20 mins session before goign to bed; but not sure.

My question is, is it better to recover under stretch using Phallosan or recover under stretch by hanging small weight to LM3?

If your PhalloSan has the extender base, use the base over the free weight for the LM3. When you try to keep the penis elongated for longer hours, higher weight doesn't mean better. It's actually the lower weights that help more. 1.1kg to 1.15kg is the most optimal traction load all around after the LM3 routines.

20 minutes, it is just fine for now. But I would like to see you work up to forty minutes.As this will only go to help you grow more length

Yup, intend to increase gradually. Today after 2 weeks, I did 30 mins. Will plan to go up to a 40 min session over next few weeks.
For now I am going
Session 1: 15 mins
- 1 min pull in 5 directions with clockwise 1/2 rotation of LM3
- 1 min pull in 5 directions with clockwise 1 full rotationof LM3
- 1 min pull in 5 directions with clockwise 1&1/2 rotation of LM3
Rest for 5 mins
Session 2: 15 mins: Repeat above with anticlockwise rotations.

@DLD, is it ok t do one session of LM3, 40 mins in morning instead of doing 20 mins twice a day (morning & evening).
I only get free private time during morning. Can't really do this at night. Note that I follow LM3 with 2 hrs of Phallosan as a recovery under tension.

@oldandlively , what do you mean by extender base. I have Pahllosan forte with waist belt and phallosan plus (similar to jes extender) and knee belt. So do you mean that instead of using extender rods to stretch, hang weight at the end ?

Right now I use extender rods as a stetch.
Hence my question was whether stretching is better or with weight is better.
Are you saying do both at the same time??

The Forte is meant for on-the-go. The Plus is for stationary and minimal movement around the house using the JES-like extender system. Use the Plus with the rod system to have consistent traction pressure over the knee strap. When the springs changes the pressure load because the penis flaccid state becomes more malleable, ONLY ADJUST ONCE. The Plus model has a spring traction tension indicator. The green and just a touch of yellow is where you want to remain in. After the LM3 routines, the tissues are already maxed out in their malleability form. By mounting the Plus rod system on, you're bringing the tissues back to their optimal stretched point. Once you see the traction gauge dips to the white or the lower side of the traction, just adjust it a bit and you'll see the green-yellow marker. Use that as the optimal 1.15kg or 1.2kg tension marker point. Once you're there after just ONE adjustment, no need for further adjustment. Any further adjustment will push the traction load past 1.2kg.

Rods are better after your LM3 routine at this point in time. You want to push for that consistent growth. When you're further in the advanced state, and you're constantly on the run, the knee strap is something to think about. The Forte, which you wear around the waist, is for starters who are just getting into PE. It's mainly for comfort and ease of movement.

Yes, that would be just fine. Just be sure you can handle the 40 by slowly adding time.
