After extender
*** 18.7 to 18.8cm
Will start
LM again next week
Was using extender bundles more just to allow tissues to relax, but will need active work again from
LM to activate growth
Atleast that's what I think will work for next sessions
Looks like there's a permanent transitional period. Your tissues are actually adopting slowly, but adapting quickly. That means you're cementing as you go. This is a big benefit for you. If this is the case, you have two options:
Go a bit harder at the start, but ease up near the end of the routine. This forces the tissues to yield more and solidify during healing. This is preloading and optimization of extended loading for slightly longer period. It flags the body to detect possible deformation/remodeling during tissue repair cycles.
Extender
4 minutes down 3 to 4 lbs, 30 seconds up, 4 minutes down, 3 seconds up.
40 min down 5 to 6 lbs. During this period, every 4 minutes down, switch to 1 minute up.
4 minutes down 4 to 5 lbs, 30 seconds up, and 30 seconds down.
5 minutes down to 3 to 4 lbs
** Extender with 0.1 in addition to existing traction.
Go for longer and higher traction throughout the day for a stable and continuous growth. This means you stick with the same routine, but increase the extender/ADS traction up by 0.1kg, or even 0.2kg, just before the crosspoint of optimal increase vs a decline due to stressful return.
** Extender with 0.2lb (or even 0.25lb) in addition to existing traction for all your routines.
** Extender with 15 minutes at 1.2 to 1.25lbs in addition to existing traction during your highest traction load, which is your 9lbs.
** Reduce extender with 0.25lb in addition to the existing traction for as long as possible
Based on your diminishing return for optimal gain, your long-term extender is around 2.75lbs, even kissing at 2.95lbs, reaching 3lbs. In the scheme of things that we are able to lift and move, it doesn't mean much. For your penis, 3lbs for 4 hours straight means a major thing, especially after stressing it during the routines.
