I'll measure next workout, but yes I think I'm seeing temporary gains after using LM bundles and LM rolls

Does temporary gains mean that it will translate to permanent gains even if it goes back to original state / size

I do keep it in the stretcher at least 1 hour

It seems like in getting a bit amount more of twists on the LM bundles

Yes. We call the temporary gains "predictive gains" or "potential gains". Those are the gains that are allowed by the body for full cementing.
And these are also signs of what you will be in a short while. Temporary growth is a great way to gauge your training. As you cement, you grow and as you grow you cement, it is a natural process of penis enlargement

Based on what you mentioned it appears I might have some growth on the horizon.

I havent been paying as much attention to the after workout growth but I will be paying more attention now

Before my workout today I meaured at bone pressed flaccid stretch length 16cm
Postworkout 16.2cm

Also when one measures bo e pressed need to be consintent with where the ruler is placed or you will get different results

I measure just a bit above the base of the penis

There is a natural indentation at the base of the penis where is meets the body and your messurement could fluctuate, at least it has for me
This is why I try and stay consistent on the placement of the ruler when measuring.

That is a wonderful temporary gain! Keep checking that temporary length and it will eventually become permanent.

You should always measure from the extreme base to the tip of the penis, right down the center. That is a proper way to measure That is a proper way to measure but if you are measure in a different way, be sure to measure against bone and be consistent with that measurement, whether it be the side or center.

Very smart, remain doing this this way in all the days of year penis enlargement. Those gains are coming and I see much more than that in your future.

My bone pressed measurement is supposed to be at the very base of the penis

Didn't have enough privacy to use LM today

This morning I had higher EQ, so I ended up doing about
20 min of jelq and
5 min erect stretches

20 min stretcher down

When I was doing the erect stertches I ended up tugging about every 1 to 2 seconds
In other words I was holding the erect stetch for about 30 seconds, then I would pull straight out or down while holding the stretch about every 1 to 2 seconds

I noticed that after this workout I turtled, so was this to much on the workout?

I notice that when I use the LM for bundles and rolls 10 minutes each 30 sec incremenrs
I normally don't turtle and my penis appears more pliable after the workout with temporary small gain in length.

***Were the jelqs and erect stretching too much and should I just stick with the
LM bundles and rolls until I reach my length goal?

My goal is to get to at least
9 inches in length

I am going to redo my
Bone pressed flaccid length measurement

I was measuring a little bit above the penis base cuz I felt like i was cheating on length
But now I see going right to the base for measurement will be more accurate

Many people do one or the other when it comes to girth or length. Some have reported great success using this method. And I tend to agree, as I have seen, these people grow. I think it's better to do length first and then come after girth, because if your penis is very girthy, it will be very difficult to stretch.So if you're gonna do one go with length.

I'm so glad you're changing the way you measure. This is where you get accurate results in the future. Measurements should always be done against the bone to the tip of the penis on the center of the penis. This will show you temporary gains, which will become permanent growth.As you continue.

I realize I won't be sure if I had any growth through my first 14 sessions since 7/9/2025, so going to hit the reset button on the measurement.

Well that's not very nice. I can tell you that fourteen sessions whatever growth, you may have, you'll add keep that same growth at the end of a fourteen days. Don't even stress it as I made the same mistake back in the beginning too. I was measuring from the size Instead of the center. After making adjustments, I had to downsize my size by about an eighth of an inch. But sometimes I would measure wrong and not see true growth, even though it showed up is true growth, because I was not stretching against the bone. Without bone behind the ruler, you end up with inconsistent measurements.
