what exercise should i do regularly for best sexual performance
i mean EQ , best penile health
and what frequency per week ? and what minimum frequecy per week ?and what duration ?
without using devices i have no devices

Do.kegels. start with 50 kegels per day. Short burst of 5 seconds each. Do it daily. They can be done anywhere and anytime. Kegel is the process of holding your pee or tightening your anus.

i tried this 50 kegel i found that pelvic floor muscle become exhaused and erection become very bad
i hold my pee for 5 sec and make rest for 5 seconds for 4.5 min
any light exercises from kegel to the very beginners

It happened to me the first time I did it over a decade ago. It's normal.

Slowly increment your kegel level. Start with 10 kegel + 10 reverse kegel daily for 1 week. The following week, 20 + 20. 3rd week, 30 + 30. If you get fatigue, remain there for another week. If you still feel fatigue, remain there another week. Once you don't feel the fatigue any more, continue on to add another 10 + 10. Keep going until you reach your 50 + 50.

You are one of the rarest of the brothers that have crazy needs for the kegels and still not have pelvic floor lockups. My colleagues are literally studying you like birds of prey. They are all stunted to silent after seeing all your efforts and routines you've put into PE. They are all on the fence about making suggestions to you. Some suggested to boost your nitric oxide level through either pills or injections. Others said to do free testerone tests for before, during, and after PE routine to check first before using any booster. The rest simply remained baffled, short on suggesting going the extreme in using focused LIST devices or using extender at 5lbs of force for 10 hours. That is pure crazy stretching all day.

50x5-second holds is daily, 7 days a week.

For jelqing, it depends on what kind of jelqing. For example, if you are doing the SSJ, it's not about how many times, but how many sets. Manual SSJ without a pump, SSJ is alone is 5 minutes each set, and 5 sets to start out to compensate for the lack of a pump. You can increase the sets later.

After each set of SSJ, the C-jelq is essential to get the blood flowing to remove all edemas and stagnant blood from the capillaries. Downward C-jelq from the base of the penis to the base of the glans in 3 seconds, with semi-erected or even fully erected penis, then backward C-jelq to the base of the penis while holding the penis straight up. So downward first with the penis point down, then switch the penis up and pull the blood back down to the base. Yes, it does sounds like the angion method, but no, it's at a slower pace. You can go as fast as you want since it's your choice. Total account of the C-jelqs is 20 (both to the glans and back to the base is considered as 1 count).

To address the issue of you, having a weak erection points to 1 thing you need to do keggles.In order to strengthen your erection. Jelqing does help big time with the erection quality. Because you're bringing so much blood into the penis. Do you have a routine you are doing now? If so let us know, so we can critique what you are doing. This will be your best help in creating a solid and effective routine

As DLD mentioned, EQ is related to how much blood you can get into the penis during a stimulation or purposes erection.

Kegels help with EQ. But don't just do kegel without reverse kegel. The two help each other out. Reverse kegel is when you bare down on your pelvic floor, like you are taking a poop. That builds up the blood pressure and volume at the pelvic floor. When you kegel, that sends the blood from the pelvic floor to the penis. This is EQ priming for ejaculation and programming the brain to send blood into the penis on command. If you have a stimulation on top of kegel, you are helping your EQ with extra nitric oxide loading to make your EQ even stronger.

However, jelqing is the third component to the EQ. The helps to develope stronger and larger blood vessels to send more blood volume into the penis. Combine with kegels and reverse kegel, you are building a stronger venous contraction to pump in more blood and a tougher blood trapping to make your EQ better.

Just to explain reverse kegels and normal kegels serve 2 particularly different functions, although there are other, but normally these two will help you enormously with your routine. Reverse kegels should be used during all length exercises. While the normal Kegels should be used during girth work. The reason for this is kegels bring much more blood into your routine, expanding girth to crazy levels. Kegels allow for length so do them through you length work
