If you plan on any kind of kegel, maximum daily is 120 short burst 1-second hold and 60 for the long burst 5-second hold kegels. Your body naturally perform its own kegels.
Also think about doing a balanced reverse kegel as well. Reverse kegel creates positive pressure to your pelvic floor before the kegel exercise. So, 1-second hold for reverse kegel, follows by 1-second hold for kegel. This primes the blood at the pelvic floor, and then initiates the blood delivery during the kegel. Same for the 5-seconds reverse kegel then 5-second hold kegel.
Good EQ is done either with standard C-jelqs to
SSJ. Pumps are used to help with with erectile dysfunctions, but if you don't have any ED issues, standard approach is light C-jelq for 5 minutes, to moderate pressure
SSJ for 10 minutes, back to 5 minutes C-jelqs, and another 10 minutes of
SSJ. You can go as long as you want, but no more than 30 minutes combination.
