I'm about 8 months into training. I've only done length work so far, and plan to keep doing that until I reach my length goals. I know this is a slow process that takes years, but my length gains seem to be abnormally slow. I started doing DLD Bundled Blasters on May 14. I recently measured on August 14th. I had only gained about 0.25 inches. Here is a list of my gains:
Started training w/ beginner routine - Jan. 9th: BPEL 5.3 in
Began DLD Blasters - May 14th: BPEL 5.69 in
Still doing DLD Blasters - Aug. 16th: BPEL 5.94 in
I have a coach (who is awesome) and he said I'm gaining too slowly, but I don't know why. I aim to do DLD Bundled Blasters twice a day. I use a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. I pull very hard. I do them for 24 minutes per session, stretching each direction for 2 minutes. I wrap up with a bandage immediately after to stay elongated, and I stay wrapped for at least 6 hours every day.
Now, there are days when I can only get one session in, but this does not happen often. Also, there were 4 days from May to August when I could not do the DLD Blasters (I was out of town for work). So in total, I should have done 180 sessions (2 sessions per day for 3 months) It would be safe to say I've missed about 20 sessions. So that means I've done about 160 sessions out of the 180 that were possible in that time frame. That means I did about 89% of the sessions I planned to... Sometimes life just gets in the way.
Is this the culprit, or am I missing something else? Does anyone have advice as to why I'm gaining so slowly and how I can correct it?
