I usually have a shake with 2 scoops in a glass of milk after my workout. Thats about 50 grams. I can get another 100 grams from regular foods, so thats all the whey for me, most of the time. Minimum, I think, should be 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.
Yohimbine is used in some. If it is not used in a product, then they will say it is unsafe and bad for you.
