Ordered length master and says no orders

I ordered the length master few days and I was just checking on the status and it says I have no orders or pending orders, i have confirmation number if needed… thanks

Hey, @DLD Mind contacting Shenna on this? Maybe there's a glitch in the ordering system over at the site?

Sir I need some help , this chat , I get as far as they ask for my email, then they go offline, I can’t get a hold of anyone for couple days now , always unavailable/offline
