What session number you trying to reach and also when are you going to measure?
I’m going to keep a progress report so I can track what’s working and what’s not so far I have gained length and girth but not satisfied with the girth as of now although I still practice length exercises I could stop and be comfortable with results!

So sessions are just being numbered so I can see how many hours one should expect to see gains and I’ll stop numbers when I’m at my goal 9 by 6 😎

I have been measuring about once a month!

Session 65 red light 5 minutes
Hang 10 pounds 5 minutes
Hang 6 pounds 20 minutes
5 minutes 8 hg vac
5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes 8 hg vac
5 minutes SSJ
2.5 minutes 10 hg
2.5 minutes SSJ
Warm down and wear silly ring 1.5 hours
Noticed that when I hang heavy at first then hang light I get a great stretch measurement
Went from 6.5 bpfl to 8.5 bpfl after stretch
 
Great job brother. Looks like this is the go to method. Remain at the weight combination for the next 2 months if you can. Observe closely each week to see if your penis does turtle or retract back up, or it relaxes even more. If it retracts back up during the week, ease up on the weight. If not, remain at that weight combination for as long as you can, not just a few weeks, but a few months. If you don't see it stretches any further, that's when you start to add 0.5lb into the incrementation of the first weight, which is the 10lbs.
