I’m going to keep a progress report so I can track what’s working and what’s not so far I have gained length and girth but not satisfied with the girth as of now although I still practice length exercises I could stop and be comfortable with results!What session number you trying to reach and also when are you going to measure?
So sessions are just being numbered so I can see how many hours one should expect to see gains and I’ll stop numbers when I’m at my goal 9 by 6
I have been measuring about once a month!
