Wouldn't be surprised. Try a 100g or 200g of ibuprofen 2 hours before doing PE to see if irritation can be suppressed or reliefed. Double end squeeze, or choking squeeze with both full hands at the end of the penis. Something like Homer squeezing the life of out of Bart arount his neck. This is to pressurize the upper skin layers to disperse the fluid. I have been using this method where I squeeze the base of shaft with ok finger grip and one around the top of penis just under my head and push both hands down towards each other then when I Can’t hold any longer I kegel more blood in and continue switching handsAre you using the SSJ? Two OK grips at the bottom of the glans. While holding the bottom of the glans in place, with the penis fully straight out, use the other OK grip and slow, but with plenty of pressure to squeeze, and slide ever slowly to the base of the penis. This forces the fluid to displace and drains out. You can do it erected or flaccid.
