Hi Everyone just gone through a breakup so what better time to start PE training!

I am not satisfied with my size so going to try and change that.

Current stats:
BPEL - 6.2"
NBPEL - 5.5"
Girth - 4.5"

Goal measurements
NBEL - 7"
Girth - 5.5"

So I have inch and a half in length and inch in girth to try and gain to reach my goals.

My routine that I will be starting in a day or two will be:

Lengthmaster - up, down, left, right - minute bundled in each position for a minute to the left and to the right I will do 2 rounds of this so 16 minutes total in the lengthmaster I see people do this for 30 days so I will do the same.

I also have the VLC addon to the SG so I will be potentially using that for as many hours as I can but that depends on my work as I may have to be out doing physical work and in that case ill just do the 16 minutes in the lengthmaster

I am not sure if I should add in girth training at this stage or reach length goals first but I have a Bathmate at the ready.

It's looking good man, very sorry to hear about your breakup.

I suggest you do your girth work along with the length work, you might hear differently from other guys on the forum but I found that doing girth work complements itself to length work and vice versa via the added stretching and ballooning of the tunica, as well and the expressive stretching you can do with the Bathmate.

The only things I would add would be to use the Bathmate that you've got - 5x5x3 with expressive stretching or if you don't want to do the SSJs in between the sets then do them after the Bathmate session or whenever you find yourself with a spontaneous boner.

And yeah absolutely use the SG whenever you can for as long as you can before any girth sessions, I haven't ever used the SG so I'm not sure if you can wear it under your clothes inconspicuously, if not then just wear it around the house.

The SG is great to go under clothes so will definitely try and get in as many hours as I can

Great to hear brother.
I do the girth routine 2 days on and 1 day off, sometimes less depending on how sore my dick gets from the isolated compression squeeze sessions that I do that can last over 30 minutes.

And that's awesome to hear about the SG, wear that like your life depends on it and you can expect some juicy length gains.
 
2 and a bit weeks completed with the lengthmaster doing the beginner routine plus 2-3 hours of SG

It's going well but I am not liking the side stretches too much in the beginner routine so my thinking is to move onto the DBS for the remaining two weeks but only 2 sets of 5 minutes then into the SG for a few hours after.

Going to switch to doing my LM routine in the morning soon so I can also get more hours in the SG

Haven't added girth training just yet going to get a silliring in next week and then add in the 5x5x3
 
Took 7 days rest at the 5 week mark to rest up and now doing 4 days a week training to test out if rest makes a difference im now onto week 8 and think I have made some gains! LM DBS 8 mins

If I am measuring right I have gone from 6.2 bpel to just over 6.5 bpel seem to be at or slightly under 6 nbpel im excited to get my nbpel above 6 that will be a sweet moment.

For girth it has been 6 mins in the BM then just one of the sillirings attached for 30 mins after has anyone seen better gains from attaching the 2 sillirings? I may start doing both soon.

The thought of going full volume mode and do 6-7 days a week 20-40 mins LM and 6 plus hours SG and 15 mins BM is constantly at the back of my mind so I will do that at some point but carrying on the low volume with rest days for a little bit longer.

Definitely increase your LM work!
40 minutes a day.

Fell off the routine big time and only did a few PE sessions here and there which obviously led to no gains and seeing I posted this last year I could of had the gains I wanted by now which is very annoying haha

After reading kingsnakes lay reports and seeing everyones gains here I am definitely motivated to start up again.

I am starting a new job next week so I wont be able to do the all day stretcher I don't think but my plan is below

5-10 minutes in front of heater - Bundled stretches left and right for downward upwards left, right and outwards 1 minute on each direction so each set equals 10 mins and thinking of doing 2 sets so I have 20 mins in the lengthmaster each evening

As for girth I have a bathmate but I can't judge the pressure and always end up with red dots so I may do a session here and there but main plan is to buy mityvac and do 10 mins wet pumping followed with 10 mins in silliring before I head off to work

Welcome back to the journey brother. It can be hard to keep the routines going when your life is busy. It's quite understandable. Even a few minutes a day in the shower or laying on the bed sitting on the couch will still work to upkeep the stretches to maintain and add a tiny bit of gains, a little bit at a time. PE is pure discipline.

Fell off the routine big time and only did a few PE sessions here and there which obviously led to no gains and seeing I posted this last year I could of had the gains I wanted by now which is very annoying haha

After reading kingsnakes lay reports and seeing everyones gains here I am definitely motivated to start up again.

I am starting a new job next week so I wont be able to do the all day stretcher I don't think but my plan is below

I can guarantee you that once you hit 6.5in, you'll aim for 9in length instead. Trust me. 7in was a short term goal for me. As you aged, and encountering other females with more matured bodies, that 7in will not be enough. I was at 4.95in girth, and at 5.5in girth, it was good. As you approach 6in girth, it's a whole different ball game for pleasure for you and her. When you feel that tightness, and feel the amount of her body fluid being pulled out, foamed up, and drenched your crotch, you'll realize that your efforts are worth the works.
 
You can never replace time lost. This is why you need to take advantage of everyday to grow or you will have regrets. Make a promise to yourself that you will remain consistent for at least a year and you will see wonderful ✨️ results

Thank you brother im happy to be back! I will definitely do that and add in small sessions instead of falling off track in the future

Damn just hearing about that makes me already want to up the goal im going for haha definitely will be wanting to shoot for 8x6. Anything over 6 nbel is going to seem crazy for me so I really hope I can make that happen soon.

I Definitely will make that promise to myself to stay committed this time (flex)
 
First session is done and I am amazed at what a difference heat makes just did 3 minutes of heat warm up and 1 set of beginner routine in lengthmaster totalling 10 mins and I am pretty sure that is the biggest i've seen myself even more than when Ive used pumps

Motivated for tonights session.
