You gained all of your 1.5” length gain with manuals right?
Would be interesting to hear how your manual routine looked like then and if it’s the same today? Like, angles, is it bundled etc. and do you use anything to enhance the grip or anything else?

Gained most from manuals and pumping with the Bathmate. Gained a little bit from using extenders too, maybe about 0,5 inches from that.
Have always just done basic stretches as in no bundling, just basic stretches in 5 directions using both hands to stretch. Straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and straight out while going around in small circles so it’s more of a dynamic stretch than the others.
Has happened a couple of times after stretching like this that my penis has gained 0,5- 1,0 cm when inside the Bathmate afterwards. Like seriously, I have once seen my penis gain a whole, measureable, cm while inside the Bathmate, like it just jumped up in size. That’s why I’m sticking to the routine I’m doing now since it has worked so good in the past.
The only thing that I have changed is going from 30 sec stretches to 1 mins stretches which I did after joining this forum. And yes, forgot to say I have also always incorporated some jelqing right after stretching before going into the pump.
Something in the range of 100-300 jelqs at most.
Both hope and think doing the same stuff with a longer stretching time will finally take me over 8 inches BPEL, stretching for a total of 30 mins as it’s around the same time I used to do in the past to see actual gains. Some days I might do 40 mins of stretching if I feel like it though think my sweet spot is 30 mins total.
