Small gains but big effect

Hello brotherhood!

First of i will introuduce my self. I am a man in my fourties with a wife and kids and a desktop work. English is not my main language.
From as far as i can remember i have been very conscious and selfhating about my penis size. I remember things like my big sister telling me my penis "was as small as when i was a baby" when i was like 8 years old and that i never been comfortable with showering with other people etc and im still not at this age! I was so concered about my penis size that i didnt have sex until i was in my early twenties (excluding loosing my virginity at the age of 18 totaly drunk). This might not say alot but i was actually pretty popular amongst the ladies and wasnt it for my insecurites i would probably have been able to have sex with alot of girls before that.. it got to a point when rumours that i was gay started to flow around the school since i didnt have sex with the girls that wanted me too... the more i awoided sex the more insecure and depressed i got. Somehow i just did it as i said in my early twenties and never looked back. I havent ever been told i got a small penis or anything like that after that and girls seems to like what i got, still i feel like i need more to stop my old insecurites.

Something is there in the back of my head telling me i want a bigger penis. Especially flaccid since my penis have a habit of shrinking in public lockerooms which always make me feel very bad about my self. Maybe this has always been my big problem that my penis shrinks when i am with others making me think that my penis is small and the others are much bigger.

My starting measurements are:
BPEL: 19 cm (7,5 inch)
EG (base): 16,5 cm (6,5 inch)
EG (midshaft): 14,5 cm (5,7 inch)

As you can see i actually have a big penis i guess! I know this by numbers, but still cant get that into my head sometimes. I always seem to find someway of thinking that the numbers lie.. Maybe a part of this is also that i am a pretty big man. I am about 190 cm (6 feet 3 inch) and i weight about 95 kg (210 punds) with big hands and big feet. Earlier in my life i have been training hard at the gym for about 10 years and was actually weighing in at 110 kg (242 pounds), 95 kg when i was really hard (not much fat). My bodysize has always made my penis look pretty much ordinary to me.. and when shrinkage occours in the loocker room it looks small.

My goals are:
BPEL: 21,5 cm (8,5 inch)
EG (base): 17 cm (6,7 inch). I know this is not much of an increase, but im actually pretty happy with my base. With that said i wouldnt mind if it got even bigger.
EG (midshaft): 16 cm (6,3 inch).
Flaccid: As near my errect state as possible!

With the bathmate and 5x5x3 routine i got to BPEL 20,5 cm and 16 cm midshaft EG and 17,5 cm base EG. The cock i saw and felt was pretty much perfection to me! Even i could feel and see that this was a shitload of big cock! This is what i want to feel everyday! As you see i will aim a little bit higher on the BPEL but this is simply becaouse i think its important to have a little higher goal when my penis is almost already where i want i to be lenght wise..

Routine
So far i have been going for about four weeks. First i tried the sizegenetics but i soon realised that it wouldnt work for me since the base was to small and it was really uncomfortable. I started with manual work instead just using my hands and stretching for about 20-30 minutes two times a day.

After some week i ordered some hanging equipment and a all day extender. This is my third week using the hanger. Im starting to think this might not either be the best way for me. The time put in just stops me doing my work for longer time than i expected and i have a tight schedule with work and kids and wife (who doesnt know im doing this). So now i have ordered the lenghtmaster! I hope this will be the solution to my effectiveness.

Until the lengthmaster arrives i will be doing hanging for 3 times a week. I do about 6 x 15 minutes with weights of about 3,75 - 7,5 kg. To complement this i will be doing manual stretches about every day whenever i can, maybe with a broomstick like SIM. Usually im able to put in 20-30 minutes every evening.
I also do the ball and lig stretch whenever i can, often twice a day.

I have a bathmathe and have tried the 5x5x3 girth routine which i will probably be doing once a week. Lenght will be my first goal and then girth will come after that.

I will try to update this thread at least once a week to keep me motivated and see my progress!
 
I also have a question. Im getting a bit obsessed with this and is pulling my dick like a monkey whenever i can. Do you think this can be contraproductive? I mean if i pull my penis hard about four times a day?

As a weightlifter this would be pretty stupid behavior and would probably just lead to worse results since the muscle didnt have time to heal. But penis isnt a muscle.. maybe its ok to just stretch as much as possible (until you ofc feel exhausted or the like)?

Another one.. when i stretch manually i feel i get a really good stretch because i can put my fingers right behind the glans. But when using devices with clamp attachement i just dont feel the same strecth since i have to attatch it further down the shaft (maybe 0,5 inch below the glans). Is this a problem? Should i be aming to attach the clamp nearer the glans?
 
Congratulations on your natural big size. You are a very lucky man. Your length goal will take you only 6 months to achieve but you should gain more than that required 1 inch so when you stop PE, you will settle at 8.5 inches permanently.

Get the length master, it's better than hanging. You will not hurt your penis or stop your gains if you stretch more often.

If you want 8.5 BPEL bad enough it will be yours.

You will have your doubts and wonder if it’s all really worth it, staying motivated is a daily battle until you measure that first gain!

Be warned though when the ruler says 8.5 you’ll still think it’s lying to you and want 9”

Thank you for your kind words and the info that i can just pull my penis all day. I would be really thrilled if i could achive 8,5 in 6 months =) Yes i read that i should maybe aim for about 0,5 inch extra than my goal to be sure to always reach 8,5.

I will definitly try to stay motivated! One good thing about me is that im used to work hard and following a scheme since my weightlifting days. The only problem for me now is achieving privacy. If for example my wife is home sick i can have a hard time getting the work out done.. then maybe i have to do manual stretches on the wc or in the shower. But i will keep the work up and hope the amount i can put in will give me the result over time =)

And shit i know.. when i reach 8,5 i probably will be aiming for 10..

The thing about PE is you're always looking for more. No matter what your goal is you're always wanting to get more and more

The whole family was sick last week and i wasnt able to train exactly as i wanted. I was able to get in 3 hanging practises with about 1-1,5 hour hanging each time and then ads for about 4 hours.

This weekend i read longmasters thread and it was really an eye opener for me! I will be using some of his findings in my training. My penis has been very sore the first month of PE, to the point that sexual touch hasnt feelt good. Instead i just been feeling pain when i try to masturbate. I think i might have been overdoing the training in a rush for fast results. When i read longmasters thread i really realised that more maybe isnt always better and i will try some of what i learned from his thread. Mostly how important heat is for training and also that the penis needs rest to grow. I will try this new routine for 2 months. If i havent seen any gains then i will now i have to change something.. so be it to go full into longmasters advice with ultrasound or maybe going more for the classical way with more training (which i really would like to skip).

Longmaster also says that it is good to measure the flaccid penis before and after practise to see the effect.. i will try this but already at my first practice i found it to be hard to get a precise measurement. I measured my BPFL to 20,5 cm and BPFL to right behind the glans to 16,5 cm. After practice i think i reached BPFL 21 cm and BPFL right behind glans of about 16,7-17.. but its really hard to measure because depeding how i grip the penis etc im able to stretch it in different ways. I will see if i will continue with this or just measaure every month or the like.

I have also recived my lenghtmaster3 and have tested it twice! What a great device, after testing about 5-6 wrapping techniques i found one that works very well for me. Im using a silicone sleeve and then i put on a thin layer of textile and then a thin layer of "sticky bandage" that comes with the lenghtmaster. This gives me a very nice grip with no pain in the penis =)

My new routine will be pretty much this:
Monday, thuesday, thursday and friday training. Rest of the days of or only very light manual stretching.
I will not be using an all day stretcher. Perhaps i will be using some sort of wrap to keep the penis a bit elongated.
Its so hard to decide what is right when some people say that its good to heal elongated and some say its actually bad for the healing process.
What i would like to skip is the ads anyway becaouse this is a part of what makes my penis sore i think and it would be nice if i could just do my routine and then go back to normal life and let my penis heal.

Warmup 10 minutes with IR-heatpad.
20 minutes lenghtmaster bundled stretches in all directions. With heating from IR-light.
10 minutes lengthmaster bundled strecthes behind the cheeks. With heating from IR-light.
15 minutes hanging with IR-heathpad or IR-light.
15 minutes hanging with IR-heatphad or IR-light. The last 5 minutes i use no heat.

Between each set i rest for about 5-10 minutes so the total routine takes about 1,5 hour.

Thank you DLD! Can i ask you a question? One thing im not sure of is if im supposed to do the reverse kegel all the time during the stretches with lenghtmaster? Or is the reverse kegel only for some special excersises?

I don't think you are understanding reverse Kegel fully.
I will explain. It's easier if you think about it as you relax fully into the stretch, and just stretch into that. You want to feel your ligaments and inner penis stretch.

The reverse kegel should be any time you're stretching. And in the same way , you should always do kegels while you are doing girth work

Thank you, i think i understand the reverese kegel better now. I use the reverse kegel to relax and this helps me stretch the penis further. I can feel this sensation when i use the reverse kegel, like i can pull the penis further out.

I forgot to mention that i used your tips with a broomstick on top of the lm3, only i used a small wooden beam instead. Worked great so thanks for the tip!

Ahh cool, i will try to use the reverse kegel more to get the penis stretched further. Thank you for the tip about girth work as well, i havent been doing kegels while training for girth!
That's what I did. And it made all the difference in the world. I struggled at 8 and a 1/2 inches. But when I finally started doing bundled. Stretching and using kegels. I was able to break the 9 inch point and eventually get to 11 and a 1/2 inches.
