Progress thread Orgasmic19’s Routine

The 8 months I mentioned was just the time between the last measurements before took 2 months off when almost nothing happened.

In total I’ve been PEing actively 2 years this spring/summer. So in the first time period I gained around 1 inch in length and 1 inch in girth. Don't know about the girth status now as I been away from it over 3 months and will alternate 6 months of length work and 6 months girth work. Planning to do this cycle for 2 years and see where it will take me. (per recommendation to alternate like this to avoid conditioning)

Just trying to stay consistent. Battling with depression on the side.

I officially started in January of last year of 2023 and trained rigorously for 3 month period. Interval hanging and pumping.

I gained a quarter inch in length and half inch in girth. I eventually lost motivation after 3 months and tried to get back on train many times.

I just started length training using the LM this January doing 30 minutes of bundles BTC and manual stretches. Hopefully it works.

I feel you man. Also been dealing with that shit on and off a lot. I think we need things to energize us first and foremost. My thing has always been training and diet. Always been my best medicine, although I’ve had destructive habits in the past…

In any case. Those gains are really awesome for such a short time period! I think we need to find a balance to make PE a consistent practice over the long term. I'm convinced I over did it last year hence limited growth. More is not always better.

I just watched this video and he brings up good points. Might also help you. Let me know. I hope you conquer your depression very soon brother.

I finally realize more wrap doesn’t always mean more comfort. I reduce the amount of wrap much as possible only two foot in length with a little adhesive tap on top.

I can finally stretch with ease and less pinching. I feel like this might be a game changer!

Yes! This is important. The wrap for LengthMaster 3 should be as thin as possible, in that way you are also (the chamber) able to grab the inner tissue, instead of just the outer tissue. You want to stretch your inner tissue (shaft, inner penis and ligaments) and everything in one go. This is easiest in the BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches) position, and it's also important to relax fully into the stretch with reverse Kegels.

You probably know all this already. 🙂

Really brings joy and a tear to my eye when I see guys opening up to each other about their struggles and helping each other out.
This is the part of friendship that everyone seems to neglect nowadays.

I've had my bursts of depression in the past, and I still currently do. It's all transient, but when it hits then it hits deep. Like MosMaster said, it's all about having a release, and for me thats also been training and learning, keeping my mind set on a target and going for that no matter what.
It was when I joined MOS for the first time and finally opened up to others about my issues that showed me that there are always those going through the same things and even worse things than you and that you are never alone in your situation.
It's from the brotherhood that I've finally found an outlet to talk to others and learn from them on this subject.

The most wonderful thing is that this brotherhood will make you into a stronger man, and the brotherhood can also help/guide you into discovering yourself. When you realize that you can make your penis bigger. Then you will realize that you can use the same process of discipline and commitment, to accomplish anything you desire in life.

If you haven't had many wins in life (like I had), being a part of this brotherhood and make gains can change your life forever. It have for me.

Sometimes vulnerability is good thing to have and way to let out those negative emotions.

Same goes with praying 🤲 because you are naked in the truth.

If you ever tried praying out in nature under the stars and truly speak your mind it’s a different experience entirely. A way of letting go! You must truly connect with the heart and soul!

I like to look at the stars...that get me right into the present moment. It is fascinating how small we are in this world. We need to be appreciative of what we have, at least do our best to see the good we have in our life. If we can't live now in this present moment rights now, then WHEN can we live? It is not always easy! We make the best of it.
