I noticed a lot more people are making journal threads here so I thought I'd make one to keep track of my progress.
I have incredible body dysmorphia; on top of being fat my whole life I was so insecure about my penis size I didn't ever actually ask any girls out. And I didn't get far on dates. And now my young life is over and I must salvage the remaining youth. My partner, the only person I've ever had sex with, says I'm fine and it seems authentic, but I wanna be exceptional. It's time for me to make PE a much bigger part of my life because I need to reach the lifestyle I want, to fuck like a god, and have lots of cute friends that I keep regular contact with.
You stick to goals easier if you announce them, but also it'll be a good place to put questions I have since I know a lot of the admins keep attention on the forums.

Current Stats
5.5" to 6" BPL and 4.5" E.G. - and I want to reach the golden ratio. Currently also in the process of getting into shape too, so I'm trying to integrate my PE exercises into my strength exercises.

Equipment
I currently have a MityVac and a Silistretcher, but no Lengthmaster. I'll have to use hand exercises for length for a while.

Current Routine
Length work: Bundled stretches to start (25mins)
Then strength training (~1Hr) This part is where I do kegels, because it gives my other muscles a break in-between sets. I do 200 kegels then 24 5sec kegels then x1 100sec kegel, and I'm trying to hold it for the full 100 seconds and pack on the higher quantity kegels.
Girth work: SRT 5x5x3 w/ the MityVac (30mins)
- While in the MityVac I usually try and keep the pressure while pulling slightly to try and supplement that length work. Also for some reason...THC gives me incredible lasting ability. So I use it to keep from cumming prematurely while training.
- I also still do length and girth work on days I don't strength train. My strength routine is fullbody 3x/wk.

Current Issues
I struggle to get into the Silistretcher. The other day I got into the Silistretcher and left it on for an hour, and by the end I had a small blister on the tip of my penis. I gave it 72 hours of rest and so far it's become just a blemish on the tip. I guess I need to do it in smaller increments but it is SO DIFFICULT to get the thing on.
- Part of it is my EQ; I can't do it on command. Like sure sexy stuff helps but I won't always have access to it. What can I do? I thought about fashioning something more clamp-based or grip-based that I can adjust, since all it really needs to have is a constant pull.

I will shoot for updating this thread weekly and give a report on progress; successes, obstacles, etc. I have a reminder set to check forums weekly.

Today I just did length exercises because that blister, while seemingly dry and harmless, worries me a little bit. Had a couple questions.
- When do you think I'll be safe to use the MityVac again?
- Do I wear the ADS after my exercises or a cockring? Is the ADS for prioritizing length and the cockring for prioritizing girth?
 
Sorry about that injury. Many men add a bit of water into the cap or baby powder to avoid this. Take your time and practice until perfect.
 
I am having difficulty. Finding hard to carve out time and wondering the different ways I can go about my routine because I have a different amount of hours every day.

I have a few questions.
1 - If I do lengthwork then girthwork at the same time then do I wear a cockring after or the ADS? If I had to choose I'd prefer girth but I can only wear one accessory at a time.
2 - I thought putting length and girth on opposite sides of my strength-training routine would be best, but I'm thinking of amending it to do Strength, then length, then girth, because it's often the only time I can work on this, and figured I can double up in the shower. Will that affect gains at all?
3 - I suffer from intense depression from lack of girls/friends because of where I live and there are days I can't get erect to save my life. At that point is there anything I can do for girthwork or just have a mental breakdown and start again later?

I know I just dump on here some days but I really feel a big dick would have been worth its weight in diamonds and still would, and dating has been literally nonexistent. And I'm so tired of waiting for some time where I should feel allowed to have the companionship of girls.
 
Finding time can be easy if you're willing to break your routine into 5 6 or 7 parts. You can do many exercises in a 5 minute to 10 minute session. And this will all add up just as if you did one session. find the time in small pockets throughout your day.
 
I appreciate the eyes. When it comes to after-hours accessories, when to choose between cockring or my ADS? Or is that just like, prioritize based on what we're training the most?

If you have little time, you should definitely pick up the SiliStretcher. It will give you hours of stretching where you don't have to be actually stretching.
 
I did pick up a Silistretcher. Remember I was having a bit of trouble getting into it and then got some blisters? But you know when you're doing girth work, you wear the siliring afterwards for girth. So should I do the Siliring then the Silistretcher?

I would do both but I would take time to understand And learn the silistretcher to the best of your ability. There are a lot of videos showing exactly how to use it and avoid blisters.
 
I would suggest doing 20 min of BTC-BS stretches, two times per day with maximum intensity + keeping your penis elongated at all times during the day. Do 20 minutes times 1, if you can't get in 2 sessions during the day.

You can also do 3 days on and 1 day off. This will produce big gains. I have a rule: Do 3 days on, 1 day off independent, even if I didn't got 2 sessions in during all those 3 days. This helps me with recovery and growth. Keeping the sessions consistent month after month is really important. You need systems to implement planned rest (if you need it). Rest should not be unplanned when you have a good schedule working/implemented.

You can have the same approach when stretching with your hands. I did 1 hour per day when I started. There are many things we do during the day that are not productive. @Shion - Maybe you can remove some unproductive things during your day. One example that many do: Watching TV.

Maybe I should look into other ways to keep elongated throughout the day like a wrap. Is there something that can just clip on like a bag clip?

There is no optimal time to do PE. The important thing is to get the sessions in. If the length sessions are separated with many hours it will be better (if they are intense enough). And it's important to keep your flaccid penis elongated at all times when you are not doing PE. Do not let it turtle...never.

Otherwise, when I started out I did 30 min times 2 every day of hand stretches. Sometimes they where separated by many hours, and sometimes I needed to get one hour in in the evening, because I was not able to get any session in during the day. Do what you can and stay consistent.
When I started I only used my hands, I then went to bundled stretches with my hands, then bundled stretches with a broomstick and then LengthMaster 3.

If you have the will, you will make it happen. There is no strict schedule rule you must follow, do what works for you. The important rule in PE is to increase the intensity continuously as you progress (exponentially).

Usually during Idle TV time we watch a lot of documentaries, "tea spilling" and commentary videos. Idle TV is separate from Dinner Theatre which are the Triple-A shows we save for dinner.

Then I attempted to do my girth work. I could not get erect at all. My EQ has been atrocious. I'll try to apply more heat, or TRY to dig up a tablet for temporary adult entertainment to use in the bedroom in front of the heater. But that's all I can think of. It's near impossible to get erect when stressed and it's very hard for me to do exercises without feeling stressed.

Then I tried getting into the Silistretcher. Again. Cannot get into it at all. Partly because of the above EQ; can't get hard so I can't get in. Try to attach it while soft; I tried the water technique you recommended DLD and the Silistretcher just slips off. If I do it dry it papsmears my penis. This is a nightmare. I really hate this. I will TRY to fight with it as much as humanly possible but I just do not see this working in the far future. Can you recommend ANYTHING ELSE for keeping elongated over the course of the day because this just does not feel sustainable and I'm not sure what to do with this.

Have you watched the videos on how to Attach the device?
 
I saw two of them; I'm not sure if there are more. (I've also since lost the videos; I thought I saved them but I can't find them.)
If I remember correctly, the videos involved rolling on the Silisleeve after attaching it to the bell.

- First time I tried it I used a thinner softer sleeve and that broke on me; though it's VERY tight on the bell so I'm not surprised. I used a stronger blue one that seems to stay on but it just CHOMPS on my penis. I think I read about loosening it up a bit by attaching something to it that's about the diameter of my penis; one of my escrima sticks ought to do the trick but I feel like it's something else causing this.
- Second time, I tried the rolling method. Now, lately, my EQ has been absolutely unreliable. I lose blood in my penis just by idling for like 10 seconds and I HATE it. So it's near impossible to get into the ADS because I just instantly go soft the moment I have any kind of stress, and I will try jacking off soft to get it up again for a half hour and ultimately just give up, fed up, and go into a complete mental BSOD.
- Third time, I somehow managed to just barely get it on after trying for 10 minutes and it felt okay but then I came away with a blister that took a week to heal. Then you mentioned getting it wet first and then it just slips off.
- The other night I attempted to get into it again and hurt myself several times as the silisleeve kept snapping back on my dick.

- I just find it hard to believe there are people who can just put it on and take it off like it's a glove; at work nonetheless! I am really bummed out; I feel like I'm the only one that has trouble with this. I read PE helps with EQ but I am still struggling just to sustain a routine, and I've been so stressed about everything, especially the 35 years of impotence and lack of success with girls. I'm not giving up, but I've hit concrete, and even though I have the commitment, I just cannot go into this with a smile until I actually get somewhere with my training. If I can't even heal then what's the point of the stretches? That's why I'm wondering if there is any other thing I can try because every night I don't do any kind of routine, is another night lost with no gains.
 
Update; watched the videos and attempted to get the device attached. It's still really hard to work with because the sleeve is extremely tight. The tug hurts.

I've built something; wanted to get a second pair of eyes on it.

I took the elastic belt from the Silistretcher and replaced it with these adjustable silicone cable ties. It doesn't hurt nearly as much to get it on, I can adjust it really easily, and I can adjust the tug pressure to get just enough to expand. Methinks I could work my way up to the suction bell but for now, I don't have a lot of flaccid length. I've got some training and some weight to lose.

Interesting approach. Does the constriction causes tissue irritation after an hour?

Since an ADS using a vac cylinder is an issue, how about a 70% girth circumference double/folding penis sleeve to make it more comfortable?
