I’ve got a sauna at the house. Now that I’m home for 2 weeks I need to bring the LM3 in there with me

I can’t remember the purpose behind ball and lig stretches. I should prob throw those in though
Sounds like a good plan brother, really wish I had a sauna at home too. Maybe one day I’ll buy a Infrared, portable sauna since I love taking cold showers and it would be awesome to switch between the cold and the heat.

I too do reccommend ball & lig stretches, just did them again for 5 mins before my Lengthmaster 3 session.
 
20.11.23- Did 5h00mins of extending yesterday, 1 round of hand held bundled stretches before I finally pulled out the Lengthmaster 3 again and did one round of the @squirt_inducer_man newbie routine.

Just did the newbie routine with the Lengthmaster 3 again for two rounds, warmed up with 5 mins of ball & lig stretches before my first round of the newbie routine, then a 5 mins break to restore blood flow in front of my IR lamp and then did a second round of the newbie routine. Took me about 45-50 mins in total so will be doing it this way from now on.

I'm always so happy when brothers are using my video instructions and the written instructions that comes with them, to experience some good gains. 😊
Glad that it makes you happy brother, watched that video like 4-5 times in a row just to make sure I got right. Having it all on video really makes a difference, so thank you very much for making them.

Feeling much more of a stretch compared to using my hands only so hopefully I’ll get some more gains very soon.
Might measure today since it’ll be exactly 3 months tomorrow of extending time.

No problems understanding your videos, I just need to watch stuff on repeat because of my bad short-term memory.😂
 
22.11.23- Did 5h00 mins of extending yesterday. No Lengthmaster 3 session, been some up’s and down’s with my ADHD meds which I need to function properly. It’s a world wide shortage of Vyvanse, the meds I usually take so have to take Ritalin now for a little while. Though I’ll get back to using the Lengthmaster 3 and doing the 5x5x3 soon enough.
 
Just got my finger out off my ass, so to speak, and did 20 mins of bundled stretches with my Lengthmaster 3. Did 5 directions 1 mins hold stretches first bundled to the left then bundled to the right.

Did straight down, straight up, to the left, to the right and straight out for a total of 20 mins. Feels so good knowing that I’ve done it so just gotta keep on doing them. Now I’ve gotta keep it going and do my pumping later tonight as well.

Decided that I’m going beast-mode until the 1’st of July next year and then just stick to doing a maintenance routine with a bit of extending and pumping.

Did not do the 5x5x3 as I simply was too exhausted after shoveling snow, cleaning my house, walking 17.000 steps, reading my Holy Bible, practicing German and working out for 1,5 hours.

What I have decided to do from today on is to do my Lengthmaster 3 session in the morning and then do the 5x5x3 right after that and then wear a cock ring for 30 mins before I put on my extender again.

Sitting here with my extender on right now after a long early morning walk with my dog and just drinking a cup of coffe and writing on here before I’ll do the LM3 and pumping session. Combining the both will take me like 1 hour and 15 mins then giving me the rest of the day to get in as much extending as possible.
