Hi, I'm a little lost regarding kegal and reverse kegal. My understanding is that you are relaxing some kind of muscle.

So to make it easier for me to understand. If I just relax the whole penis overall when stretching (mind muscle for the penis) am I doing this correctly? Or in other words let go of all tension when stretching and fully relax.Kegels are the same muscle contraction you use when you brace for a deadlift.
Reverse kegels is when you relax your pelvic floor muscles fully. You should do these in every stretch you are doing. The same movement as when you are peeing.
