Hello all, I will be starting a new routine and getting back to basics to start out and will advance with the tools that I have on hand. below is a list of tools to possibly be used in the future.

Length master,
Phallosan forte
weight hanger for hanging weight
size genetics extender.
 
Day one is pretty much in the books I done the following and will prob be the same for the next 3 weeks to a month'

Basic stretching with the length master, IE between the cheeks and to the side, 20 each direction,
200 Jelqs
100 lazy bundles(as I call them) where I take the lenthmaster and rotate , and just rest it in that position on my legs for up to 30 seconds each.

Welcome back brother. You have only made half inch in length due to lack of consistency. I want to also point out that you need a solid routine. This current routine of yours shouldn't be done for more than 30 days.

You need something more solid if you truly want to make gains.

Yes I have a big issue with consistency, usually my issue is I am so tired when I get home from work I do not even feel like doing manual exercise.
 
So you changed your goal from, BPEL: 9", to; BPEL: 8".
In the signature you have the goal of, BPEL: 9"

- Why did you change your end goal?
(I'm just curious).
With a new person that understands me, and she honestly has given me the confidence that I do not need it.
 
Just got done doing the following
Basic stretching with the LM
100 bundles using the LM
350 Jelqs

Currently getting some time in on my phallosanb.
 
8 inches is fine, you need no more than that. With that in mind You can make your goal so much quicker. And at that point, if you want to go bigger, you can.
 
Part of today's routine is in the bag,

Basic stretching with the LM, done a couple of A Stretches, and 50 bundles will get more in later, along with some Jelqs.
