ba_bi's daily routine

Hanging is a good exercise, but it does take a lot of time. For some, they do well, but many get out of hanging because of the time it takes and how intense it can be.

you mean hangning time in the day or time to see gains

Timing in a day. With hanging you need to do at least 4 sessions of hanging for 20 minutes. I never could stick to that protocol. I believe the lengthmaster is far superior to hanging
what do you think in this routine

afternoon:

25 min downward bundled stretch and i wrap up and then I directly do 25 min hangning (just 5 min break to warm up between stretch and hangnig)

at night

25 min downward bundled stretch and i wrap up and then I directly do 25 min hangning (just 5 min break to warm up between stretch and hangnig)

same Routine twice a day

I used a BiB hanger years ago for over four months and hung at least 4-6 sets a day and got absolutely 0 gains.

The lengthmaster is your safest bet as it will be even more intense than hanging, plus it’s so boring doing the hanging, and time consuming.
ohh that's awful
it's disgusting to devote so much time to finally have 0 gains
I imagine the disappointment you had.
thank you for your feedback my brother
I Hope this didn't stop you from have gains with legnthmaster

It's true hanging, although there is a hanger within the lengthmaster, nothing can come close to speed of growth with a lenghtmaster

I have muscle aches
I need about 10 minutes of non-intense stretching to add some intensity
Do you think it's best to take a day off or to continue stretching with those aches?

I think it's better if you can stretch hard all the time. Can you harden through it, and just keep going? Or is it bad? What have happend to you?
