The picures that @MosMaster posted in his thread are important. I believe if you simultaneously stretch the Suspensory ligament and stretch both outer and inner penis simultaneously you will gain the fastest.
Look at the picture below. You can stretch in diffrent angels behind your ass (BTC) which will get you to stretch your penis in all directions. You don't need to stretch in front of you to "hit" those angles. You can stretch all those angles behind you. This is my theory why I gaind so fast after the newbie gains.
That's my understanding, as long as you stretch down on that ligament.Downward bundled strretches, expressive stretches and BTC stretches, all of this will stretch the suspensory ligament if I understand correctly.
I know, I feel like I’m regressing when taking a day off once in a while, I can become pretty manic regarding PE and gaining.This is scary.
But I will take 3 days off now (including today). So 2 days left.
