The picures that @MosMaster posted in his thread are important. I believe if you simultaneously stretch the Suspensory ligament and stretch both outer and inner penis simultaneously you will gain the fastest.

Look at the picture below. You can stretch in diffrent angels behind your ass (BTC) which will get you to stretch your penis in all directions. You don't need to stretch in front of you to "hit" those angles. You can stretch all those angles behind you. This is my theory why I gaind so fast after the newbie gains.

Here you see the suspensory ligament clearly:

I was somewhat stupid before, and attached the GPS data to the photos by mistake (without knowing it).
I want to remain anonymous for now.


I have only removed the GPS data from the photos, and then re-upload them again.
Nothing else are changed.

Downward bundled strretches, expressive stretches and BTC stretches, all of this will stretch the suspensory ligament if I understand correctly.

But I will take 3 days off now (including today). So 2 days left.
I believe my penis needs it. Then I have 1 month with exercising left, and I have then been stretching for length 6 months.

Time flying by, when you have fun.
I know, I feel like I’m regressing when taking a day off once in a while, I can become pretty manic regarding PE and gaining.
Though at the same time we gotta listen to our units and give it some days of rest once in a while.
Still, it’s almost kinda scary, yes, most definitely, haha.

3 days on 1 day rest works for me. 2 days rest is to much for me. Sometimes I take it, but it's not optimal for gaining for me. 1 day rest is the best. I ended up not taking that many days of rest.
 
Sometimes when I take long rest. My BPEL increases like crazy. It's a balance. Will be interesting when I'm soon going back to work. My discipline needs to be perfect. Waking up, 04:30 and so on.
Getting up early really sets the tone for the day though I’ve been slacking lately, sleeping in like a big baby.

Though decided, like really decided today to go back to my old disciplined self getting up at 3 or 4 in the morning.

Just gotta decide which time suits me better.
