For some reason that actually sound like it could work all depending on how heavy the KB is.I think I'm not joking. I think it's really possible. I'm thinking a combination of manual stretching and hanging. You put a kettlebell at your mid shaft simultaneously as you hold your glans with one hand. You sit on a chair doing this exercise, so the kettlebell can use the full power of gravity to stretch out your penis.
Not even joking over here either.
