Yes Sir, decided as mentioned in a previous post that I’m upping my stretching sets from 10 to 14.
Dry jelqs from 100 to 140.
And of course do the slow squash jelqs and Bathmate pumping as outlined by Huge-girth.

Just decided to go «all in» as I’m feeling revitalized in regards to doing some serious PE.

This is what have kept me going all this time. From when I joined until now, I have never had one day where I didn't log in to talk and learn new information, and talk to the brothers (you can log in 10 minutes if you lack time). The brotherhood will keep you on the right path. You will learn so much by making MOS a big part of your life.
 
Did my routine today, though decided to go even harder than previously planned. So this is my routine that I’m sticking to for at least 3 months:

16 sets of 5 directions stretches. Which takes me almost exactly 1 hour(58 min today).

160 slow dry jelqs, then slow squash jelqs and pumping as outlined by huge-girth.

This takes me pretty much exactly 2 hours in total, which ain’t much when compared to all the hours I spent using the Andro Penis Extender, which only gained me about 1cm after months of use.
 
Is there enough intensity the andro?
Yeah I would say so, it’s just that I got a wound behind my glands that would not heal so I had to discontinue using it.
Was on 19-20 cm of arm length and full traction force then.

Actually started today to use it for just 1 hour after my main session while meditating, started right at 18 cm arm length which gave me full force of traction while sitting down.
 
So did the same routine again today, never thought I would have the patience to do PE for 2 hours straight though thus far it really ain’t no problem actually kinda like it.
Also decided today to use my Andro Penis for 1 hour after my main workout to heal in an elongated state, did this while meditating for approximately 55 min. Put the arms of the extender to 18cm of length which was exactly long enough to make full force of traction.
I meditate and fast daily as a way to boost GH(growth hormone)production in a natural way.
Hoping that will also aid in me gaining again.
 
I'm doing 20:4 diet. And I have gained good on that diet.
Good to hear, guessing then that you eat for 4 hours 20 hour fast?
I usually do a 16 hour fast sometimes only 15 depends on my schedule that day.

And btw forgot to say a measuring tape is on it’s way via mail, kinda curious myself on what my girth is, haven’t measured it in years.

That's good. I believe in fasting. I feel so much more focused when I do not eat during the day.

Was kinda wondering if it’s ok if I mention this forum on my very, very small YT channel?
Have already let the cat out of the bag and talked about how I use the Bathmate.

As said it’s thus far a very small channel(3 subs started it a week ago)where I talk about having ADHD and ASPD/Sociopathy, being an ex-drug addict, anger issues, dogs and whatnot.

Yes, I’m wired a bit different than most people and hope people here don’t think less of me as I’m just pretty honest about being wired a bit different.

Not sure yet though if I’m going to talk more about PE on my YT channel though the most popular video I’ve posted thus far was the one about using BM. I really don’t care if people know that I do this thing called PE.

And if anyone wondered my YT channel is named exactly what I’m named on here which is my actual name.
 
Just finished my routine for today with my 16 round of stretching, 160 dry jelqs and the SSJ as prescribed by Huge -girth.

Then I made the arms of my extender 19cm long, up from 18cm yesterday and wore it for 1h while meditating and doing keqels at the same time for 15 min.

Also forgot to mention that I do all my stretches and dry jelqs in front of an IR lamp so that the tissue stays warm and more pliable.
Also thinking about doing 4h of extending in total at full force from now on, will contemplate it while going for a walk with my dog.
Been years since I’ve been this enthusiastic about PE and gaining my dream size of 9x6, so I sincerely thank this brotherhood for reigniting my passion for PE.

Yep, that’s it! I’m going for 9x6 and doing at least 4h of extending as well.

Going to measure every 14’th or 30’th day, will take my first measurement on the 15’th of June as that is my 40’th birthday, hoping to gift myself a lil bit of gain by then. Stay tuned and happy gaining my Brethren.
