Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Just ordered a bundle pack of Silisleeves 5. 6 inch long ones, and if they’re too long I can just cut it down to size.

Looking forward to all day turtling prevention, especially when I do my cold showers and workouts.

Now I will pour myself a cup of coffee and finally go do my routine. This forum is already very addicting, haha.

By the way, I suggest you measure your penis with a BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length ) and BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length) measurements, it's the only measurements that's accurate.
When measuring length always measure from the Pubis (Pubic Bone) from the top of your penis from Pubis. Press the ruler into your Pubis.

Now I will check out the lengthmaster further as I’m kinda itching to buy it now with you promoting it so heavily.

And BTW did the «slow squash jelqs» and really liked them but was wondering do I do it for 5 min straight in one setting or is it ok to let it go for a lil bit and then reapply pressure?
I found myself letting go and reapplying pressure 3-4 times during the 5 minutes.

The reason I'm recommending you LENGTHMASTER 3 immediately to you, is due to the fact that you are not new to PE. And from personal experiences, I know you need to increase the intensity as you progress. LENGTHMASTER 3 will give you that intensity that you need.

Haha, I just said to myself a little earlier today that I’m gonna go for 9 inches, you must have read my mind.
So 9x6 it is!

Each slow squash jelq should last for 1 minute each. Do it 4 times, it will take 10 minutes.

Start the session with Slow Squash Jelq for 10mins before proceeding to the slow squash jelq.

10 mins SSJ
5mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5mins pumping

Above is the girth routine that will get you to your dream size in girth.
 
Must say the welcome to this forum and brotherhood has been waaaay more than I would and could have anticipated.

As I said previously I used to be on Thunders(not trying to badmouth them) but this forum is levels above that forum in so many ways.
I had heard about MOS many times over there but got the impression that MOS just was a gimmick or a hack of a forum.
Well, color me wrong, I should have joined this forum years ago, so glad I finally did.

I feel like my passion for doing PE has been revitalized to the max as I was getting a bit tired of it, I must admit.

Now I just look forward to going into my bathroom to do my routine and try out «slow squash jelqs» for the first time, looks like a real girth enhancer those jelqs.

Anyways, just had to get that off of my chest, and thanks to all the good guys in this marvelous brotherhood.

Just decided today I will up my stretching routine from 10 rounds to 14,140 dry jelqs and of course end with 3 round of slow squash jelqs and pumping.
Gonna give it some time and see how it goes, if I gain that is, and if I haven’t gained any length in let’s say three months I’m going to buy the lengthmaster.
This means I’ll do PE for a total time of 2h every day, need to get up early though I will get it done.
 
Each slow squash jelq should last for 1 minute each. Do it 4 times, it will take 10 minutes.

Above is the girth routine that will get you to your dream size in girth.
Done it as you recommend twice already, yesterday and today. And it’s probably just my imagination though my unit seems somewhat thicker already.
And the best part is that doing these jelqs have reduced my fluid retention(if I can call it that) to almost non existant.
Much less to none «puffiness» at all, so thanks a heap for the info really putting this routine to good use.
