You can find the muscle movement when you’re urinating. You don’t have to be urinating with doing this but it will show you how to do it. Next time you are urinating stop the flow of urine, that is what a Kegel is.

You can do it both ways. What I did was I started to do Kegels the whole entire day. I did this every single day until it became a subconscious habit.
 
Be careful with kegel more precisely normals ones if you over do them you might end up as a minute man (ejaculation comes too fast)

I used to do them telling myself more is better and after 2 weeks I just started to jizz after 30 seconds of masturbation without even being fully hard or even having any orgasm

So do them if your pelvic floor muscles is really weak
Else it's probably strong enough and with pe it's also probably already stronger than before
 
Also realize that the sequence of Kegels and reverse Kegels can truly eliminate premature ejaculation.If you go to www.mattertosize.com/access and go to the sexual health section and you will find about 10 or 15 different routines utilizing kegels to last longer in bed.

I remember experiencing this back in 2017 when I did kegel excessively.
