Progress thread Tommy Gun's Journey

What I'm noticing is I'm making gains in flaccid length much faster than erect.
A few theories and a few fixes.
For starters, I started taking finasteride a few months back. And it wrecked my sex drive.
I encourage all brothers to never touch that shit if you can help it. I'm in my mid 20s so I wasn't ready to lose my hair. But it fucked with my erection quality for over a month and I'm finally feeling back to normal.
With that being said. I still did length routines almost daily. Maybe 2-3 days off a month (not intentionally).
But my EQ was so poor I could barely do girth work.

So how do I fix this?
First, stop taking finasteride. Id rather be bald with a big dick that works than have a head of hair but can't use my dick cause the drug screws with my libido so much.
Second, since my EQ is back to normal now I'll do DLD hard-core bathmate stretches in the mityvac 3-5 times a week.
I need to close the gap on my BPFL and BPEL and I think this is the best way to do it.
I think EQ is king when it comes to making gains and keeping them.
Comes back to the old saying if you don't use it you lose it!

Today generic viagra is so cheap and THE BEST supplement for pe and sex. There is no tolerance issues and the price can be so cheap you can take it daily. The side effects are really nothing at all. I took it for years and it truly benefitted me.

Mr DLD, that’s bad advice to tell someone to take Viagra (Sildenafil) daily without knowing his medical history. There are Mild to Severe side effects to Viagra. Some guys, don’t have an issue with it such as you claimed for yourself. Others experience, headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, nausea.

It can cause severe problems if you have heart disease or taken with certain medications.

If he never taken it daily he needs to note any physical negative side effects.

He will have to be prescribed by a doctor

I agree its not safe to take any medication without running it by your doctor first.
I got bloodwork done and he gave me the green light to start taking what I am now

I finished my length routine earlier today and I just wanted to stress the importance of having a heat source during your sessions.
It makes a world of a difference.
I measured my BPFL before my session and after...
20 minutes later I was almost 1.5cm longer!
Strapped on my SS to try to retain as much of it as possible.
I don't use anything crazy. I use an infrared heat pad for a 10 minute warmup.
Then during my LM session I have a space heater in front of me the whole time.
I keep it at medium heat which is enough to give me a sweat while I'm working out and is obviously helping me get even more elongated.
Any brother that isn't using a heat source is missing out because I feel like this combined with the LM it feels like cheating how easy length comes.
 
I'm pretty much doing exactly the same, 10 to 15 minutes in front of the Red/NiR to get everything pliable & a little fan heater to keep my bathroom warm (it's winter in Australia) while I do my stretching with the LengthMaster, only way to go if you can.

Hey DLD, have you considered doing affiliate work with a therapy light distributor? I know the light box is already a part of the shop but there are so many variations out there now, masks, gloves, bendable/wrappable pads, even stuff for pets! Would make sense to stock items of varying price points for people. An example of what I'm talking about ⬇⬇⬇
And again, sorry for hijacking the thread, I'll post some more stuff in the appropriate threads.

I'm going to update with the routines that I've done so far and what I'm currently doing.
I started out with the newbie routine with the LM.
Doing behind the cheeks, straight down, straight out, etc.
Doing all directions for 3 sets of 30 seconds.
I did that for my first 3 months.
Then I felt like my gains were starting to plateau.
I gained and cemented 1/2 inch in erect length so I was happy with that gain.
But to see if I had truly maxed out this routine I started measuring stretched flaccid length before and after the routine.
I confirmed that I had in fact maxed out gains. No increase in stretched flaccid length afterwards. Even tho I was pulling with all my might.
Now that doesn't mean it doesn't work. Like I just said I gained a full 1/2 inch in a short time.
But my body adapted so I needed something more.
 
My current routine is simple yet effective.
@huge-girth recommended bundled downward stretches with the LM.
3 sets of 20 minutes.
I think we can all agree thats alot of volume!
So just like working out you want to start slow and build up.
Right now I only do one 20 minute session of downward bundles.
And so far I'm gaining with just that!
No need to add more stretching until gains are exhausted with just the 20 minute session.
I imagine that will happen within the next month or 2 and I will then add 1 more set so 40 minutes total of active stretching.
I then put on the SS and wear anywhere from 4-8 hours at a medium intensity.
I also sleep with it on at the lowest tension possible.
When I sleep I'm more so trying to make sure I don't turtle.
 
Now for girth.
I currently do mityvac hard-core stretches Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
I get this is also a length routine but when you're pulling on the pump its going to get to a high pressure.
I see it as a double edged sword because you will get length and girth out of this exercise.
You're getting so much from it.
Length, girth, and erect expressive stretching.
The fastest way to cement your gains.
If I'm really feelin' froggy I also do the 5×5×3 routine later in the evening.
So either way I'm in the pump for some kind of exercise 7 days a week.
I might take a day off if my EQ isn't there but for the most part it is.
I'll be doing this routine probably for the rest of the year because I love seeing the potential of what my dick will look like.
Its like getting a pump at the gym. You're seeing how big you could be.
Has anyone else done the hard-core stretches?
If so, how were your results?
