You’re getting so close my man keep at it. It is a very good short term goal it is very achievable especially what you’re doing.
 
5/15/20: Girth Day:
It has been enjoyable focusing on girth again after doing so much length work for the past month or so. One frustrating thing about manual only girth work is having to regain erections a bunch of times to get even a 30 minute workout in. Also, I have noticed significant drops in EQ whenever I do girth work on a regular basis.

To try to reduce this I've stopped edging, and doing any wet jelqs of any kind. I'm going to do multiple short girth routines daily and use a hair-tie as a ring that figure 8s around penis and balls (balls in one loop of the 8 and penis in the other) to heal according to the principles of SRT. 2 days of this and I've had great expansion for both days.

Moreover, I've been nervous about losing the length gains I've worked so hard to achieve so I did a test. I measured my BPFSL(7-7/8") then did 2 two minute bundles stretches and checked my BPFSL and it was 8-1/8". I was excited to see this number as it was about the same length I would get to after my more intense length routines.

Girth Routine:
-Bundled Stretch
2x2min
-Girth Triad
x4 (Erect Stretch 30sec, DLD Size Blaster 30 sec, double compression squeeze 30 sec)
-Heal with cockring for as long as I can handle it

Notes: After doing this short routine my MSEG (which is the least girthy part of my penis) was at 4-3/4". I'm going to keep trying to get as many sets of this Girth Triad in as I can throughout the days and see where it leads me.

-Midday Girth Routine(12noon)
-Bundled Strecth
2x2min
-Girth Triad x2 (Erect Stretch 30 sec, Size Blaster 30, Double Compression Squeeze 30sec)
-Cockring 1 hour

Evenining Girth Routine(4pm)

Notes: This routine seems to be working well. I am getting good expansion that I build back up throughout the day and not getting all the fluid buildup under the skin that I used to get from clamping and doing lots of wet jelqs and SSJ.

It also doesn't seem to affect my EQ nearly as much as my previous girth work. In fact, after my last routine today I walked up and gave my wife a hug from behind. She could feel the meat in my sweats and was turned on by it. The kids were in the living room watching a show so we had a quickie. My member was huge(for me)during this quickie and it took some work to get inside her but she loved it and finished quickly. @DLD always recommended girth training right before sex I had never tried it. This wasn't planned that way but it happened and it was great

What an awesome progress log. It looks like you’re covering all bases and this means that you will fare very well. I’m very proud of you for posting a picture it takes a lot of courage. But the wonderful thing about taking a picture is in the future you’ll have something to compare to that is solid and absolute. You’re already looking pretty huge so anything more will just be cream on top. I have subscribed to this and I will help guide you in anyway I can as I hope my brothers will too.
 
5/18/20 Morning Erect Routine:
-Bundled Stretch 5x2min
-Total Package Stretch 1x4min expressive stretch
-Bundled Erect Stretch 2x1min
-Girth Triad 10sets (Erect Stretch 30sec, Size Blaster 30sec, SSJ 1min)
-SSJ 5x1min
-Cockring and hydrocortisone

Notes: I had +1/4" temp length gain from the bundles alone. Last night, I was reading Jackxxx and DLD discuss the ways to lengthen the septum(I think that's the right term)and the consensus in the parts of the thread I read seemed to be that bundled stretching is really important. So I am going to tack on more bundled stretching and do more low shaft grip bundled stretching and increase intensity a bit.

The girth triad also gave me good erect length gains of +1/8" and some girth gains as well. Then the SSJs boosted my girth up at the end of the workout. I was at 4 7/8" below the glans and 5 1/8" at base(close to my short term goal). Mid shaft seems to be stubborn for me. anyone have advice on how to better target that area? Should I even care? All in all, It was a productive morning. Hard work ?

Notes: Girth seemed to expand progressively throughout the day. Before the evening warm down I measured to check cumulative temporary expansion for the days work and I was 8-1/4" BPFSL, 7-1/4" BPEL, and 4-3/4" MSEG. Things appear to be progressing nicely in all dimensions.

You are correct in your assertions that bundled stretching will break down the septum as it does the tunica. I would even offer another step to make it go faster. Using a heating pad for 30 minutes before you train will really relax the septum And Tunica and you’ll have a much better stretch.

Thank you for this feedback. I've been really slacking on the warm ups before training. I've been doing bundled stretches but warming up is tough with my kids running around and small house. I need to figure out a clandestine way to warm up. We don't have a heating pad but maybe I should buy one.

A heating pad was so important to me in my training and I would always use it for about 30 minutes before a trained. This would work the same for you. I also advise you to pick up the Lengthmaster as it will deliver these gains so much quicker. You can do every stretch available using the LM with unlimited intensity. When you’re breaking down the Tunica or the septum or both it takes quite a bit of intensity.

There’s a couple things he could do. You could take advantage of our credit line that allows you to pay it off in payments. You could also go for length first than girth later, or the other way around. This would allow you to just buy one piece of equipment to work with. But for the meantime just keep cracking at the manual work!

I didn't know about the credit line. I appreciate the heck out of MOS and of you specifically so I will support in the future. Just trying to play it slow and cool with the wife. Those items are priced well it's just a matter of getting her to that point.
 
5/19/20: Girth Training Limit Reached
I woke up this morning and looked at my dick and knew I would have to take the day of from girth training. Veins are kind of tender and I have a small spot of fluid retention. Nothing serious. Just a tired floppy penis. I had been keeping it low intensity but I guess that I was doing enough volume to finally overtrain. It took 7 days of pretty focused girth training.


Rest Day Lazy Flow Stretch Routine:
Preworkout BPFSL 8" (New PR for me)
-Erect Stretch 1min set, 30sec set
- Bundled Stretch 2x2min straight out
-Lying down BTC 2x4min
-Lying Down Bundled BTC 2x4min

Notes: I just wanted a low key healing sort of session and tried to hit all the SRT elements I could. It felt good. Exciting to see 8" BPFSL pre workout. I haven't even been doing many Flacid stretches the past week. Just bundled stretching before girth routines.

I am a firm believer in checking BPFSL before and after each workout (and even before and after the individual elements of the workout). Doing so allows you to really track the effectiveness of your routine. It helps you figure out what techniques are giving you temporary expansion and what should be cut from your routine. It will help you understand how the growth cycle seems to work as you watch todays post-session temporary gains become a future days pre-session length and eventually that number gets left behind. I like including these numbers in my log so I can look back and see trends. It is a very encouraging number to track

I think this is a very good use of your time in a very good substitution for a more extensive workout. I think it’s good to have a shorter version of the routine you’re using so if you do not have time you’re able to fit it in easier with a lesser load on your session.

The testicle health massage and stretch really is a good overall maintenance routine and completely usable on the road when there’s not much time. You will certainly retain your gains and probably cement much of them.
