5/12/20: Length Session
-Bundled Stretch 4x1min
-Total Package Stretch 1x3min expressive stretch
-Low Shaft Grip Manual Stretch 3x1min expressive stretch
-Mandingo Stretch 10x1min (6 regular, 4 bundled)
-Sock Stretch Dual Fulcrums 10x1min
- Erect Stretch 10x1min (2 straight, 2 down/left, 2 down/right, 2 straight down, 2 BTC)
-Hydrocortisone and Healed Wrapped up, I will Stretch BTC on the hour.

@Level_Up Do you do any kind of ADS?

I do the lowest level of ADS there is; I Wrap up with medical tender wrap stuff after every length session and will wear it for one hour blocks. On the hour I take it off and do a set of rotary cranks and BTC stretches and then reapply it. I shoot for 6 hours wrapped on days I'm training. But sometimes all I get is 2 hours but this is better than nothing. Also, I try to get little mini workouts in after 3 hours wrapped or so to try to regain the temporary growth I got from morning routine.

I don't have any official PE equipment(too many people around for me to use equipment). When I started wrapping the longest Flacid wrap I could achieve was 5" 3 months later it's well over 6" wrapped up. I think wrapping up definitely helps with growth and also trains your Flacid penis to hang longer which is important to me

...Seriously though, season one was brilliant, I really looked forward to season two but was majorly disappointed...it was just a little sili, far fetched and under developed. The third season was a little better than the second but just no where near as good as the first...

...lazy ass stretches are great btw...! Even if it turns out to be a placebo (which I don’t think it is) they keep your head in the game! I’m not sure how much actual stretch they provide (although I try to wriggle so as to pull away from my penis as much as possible) but they seem to be a great alternative to an ADS.
I like Ozark. I'm only a couple episodes into season 3 but I've enjoyed the show so far. I agree with you that season 1 is by far the best of what I've seen.

These weren't true lazy ass stretches and were very intense. I suppose they are a combo of lazy ass stretches and newbie routine stretches. I was laying flat on my back in bed. I would raise a leg and pull dick to a BTC position and then roll over so my hand/grip was kind of pinned by my body weight(this allows you to relax your grip and go for long sets without grip fatiguing out)..Then you can scoot your hips further and further away as time goes on and get really intense stretches without having to use grip strength.

I imagine it's a similar feeling to hanging as I was able to hold for long long sets this way. And the next morning my ligs and base were sore as hell.

Nice, particularly the progress with the flaccid wrap. That's a big motivator for me; training to have a long flaccid hang.

I have noticed big increases in Flacid hang from doing this routine. My wife has even commented on it being longer and thicker flacid(she doesn't know about the PE).

Pics I got from measurement session this morning. Taking pics is really difficult. Posting these so I can delete off my phone but still have a record. I am very apprehensive about posting these ? But I almost don't believe my previous measurements now looking back so I need these so I believe myself in the future. It's hard to believe that this stuff actually worked so well.

Nice, sounds as intense a stretch without using a tool of some kind.
 
5/12/20 Measurement Day:
I started PE 3 months ago on February 12th. I planned an official measure day on the 3 month mark and here we are. To prepare for the measurement day I did no PE whatsoever yesterday and almost nothing the day before (besides have sex with the wife a couple times). I didn't want to have any temp gains (or as little as possible) so I took a couple days off beforehand. My first measurements 3 months ago were:

BPEL: 6 1/8"
EG(at thickest spot): 4 1/8" i was using ribbon so wasn't the best measurement
BPFSL: 6 1/4"

Todays Measurements
BPEL: 7 1/8"
BPFSL: 7 3/4"
MSEG: 4 5/8"
Girth Under glans: 4 3/4"
Base girth: 5"

So I've gained an inch in erect length. Half of an inch in girth. I'm very excited to see these numbers. It definitely makes all of that work over those 3 months worth it. I will maybe try and post later with more reflections. For now I'm going to start training for 8"

Thank you my friend! You showed me the way. I couldn't have done it without you. Even if these are the only gains I ever make I would be happy. I saw a video interview with you and in it you said that being involved in the community with a progress thread is the best way to stay consistent. You were 100% right about that.

5/11/20: 11:30am Mini-Stretch and Kegel Workout
-Bundled Stretch 4x1min(2xBTC/right, 2xBTC/Left)
-DLD Blaster Quick Pulses 100 reps
-Bundled Stretch 4x1min (2xBTC/left, 2xBTC/right)
-DLD Blasters 20 reps (5sec kegel, 5 second RK)
-Vit E oil/wrapped up (BTC set and 30 cranks every hour)

5/11/20: 4:45pm Afternoon Stretch and Testicle massage
I wanted to see where my EL and EG were after this mornings measurement and subsequent workouts so I got a measurement (+7 1/4", same girth) and ejaculated then did the following stretch routine followed by testicle massage and stretch.

-Dual Fulcrums 8x1min
-Bundled BTC stretch 2x1min
-Testicle Massage and Stretch

Notes: I re-stimulated and check by BPEL again after the massage just to triple check and the measurement reflected my temporary gains for the day and was north of 7 1/4". So I believe These are gains I'm actively cementing.

5/12/20 Sex PE Update:
My wife has been extremely horny the last week or so. We have been having sex everyday and sometimes twice a day. She's been orgasming every time too. Yesterday, she worked a 12 hour shift(usually that means no sex that night). But last night she scooted over to me and started playing with me. I'm no sex expert or an expert with women but with this woman its been great.

Notes: My base and ligs were really sore from yesterday's work so I modified a little bit and did roller fulcrums instead of sock. I'm feeling sore so will wait a bit and evaluate if another length session today would be profitable.

I decided mid-day at my usual workout time that I couldn't handle another one of my usual mid-day routines. So I stayed wrapped up for 6 hours following my morning routine. I did a set of 50 cranks and 3 sets of upward stretches(giving the ligs a break from BTC) every hour or so then did the following:
-Bundled Stretch 2x2min straight out
-Erect Stretch/Size Blaster Couplet 10x1min (30sec erect stretch, 30 seconds blaster)
-Vitamin E Oil
-Testicle Massage and Stretch
-Shower warm down


Notes: This was quick but effective. Measured temp gains up to 7 3/8" EL (+1/4")and MSEG of 4 3/4"(+1/4")after. Looked massive.

I have been avoiding girth work since the thrombosis but these were low intensity. I may start adding them in a few times a week. I also realized that even though I hadn't been training girth at all I had increased in girth since I trained it. I think it has to do with the slight pressurization effect i get from the erect stretches. So these should give even more girth effect.

I discovered DLD Size Blasters deep in DLDs SRT thread if you want to read more on them.

Dude I loved them. If they don't have a negative impact on the vein that got thrombosis I'm gonna be doing a lot of them.

Awesome I hope you reap a massive gain from this! This was the premise for fulcrum stretches. Those led to the PowerAssist which eventually became the Lengthmaster. PowerAssist stretches are the shit!
 
5/13/20 Rest day Girth Day
Wednesday is my usual rest day from my length routine but after yesterday's temp gains with DLD size Blasters I decided I might start doing low intensity girth routines on my length rest days.

Morning Session:
-DLD Size Blasters
15x30s
-Double Compression Squeeze/Horse Squeeze 5x30s

Afternoon Session:
-5x30s Size Blaster
-Testicle Massage & Stretch

10/14/20 Changing Gears:
I'm considering doing a couple weeks of girth training to let the ligs recover a little bit. I've been noticing diminishing increases in BPFSL during my length routines and I think they could use a break. So my plan is to sneak in as many erect stretches and size blasters as possible for the next week or at least until it feels better to stretch. Currently my BPFSL is around 3/4" longer than my BPEL so I think focusing on these things now will bring the BPEL to within half an inch of FSL and get me close to 7.5" length.

I did a late night light girth routine last night. Just a bunch of random stuff at low intensity for about 45 minutes.

10/14/20 Morning Girth Routine:
-Bundled Stretch 4x1minute straight
-Erect Stretch 3x1min
-Erect Stretch Size Blaster couplet 7x1min (30 Erect/30sec blaster)
-5 rounds of 50 JELQ 30sec SSJ
-3x5 min cockring sets


Midday Girth:
-Couplet 5x1min
-2x5 min cockring

Afternoon Quick Set:
-Couplet 3x1min
-
Cockring 1x10min, 1x5min

Notes: After all sessions got temporary expansion up to 4 3/4"MSEG. Trying to get up to 5" all through the shaft as a short term goal.
