Progress thread 51 and still growing

Glad to see your progress thread mate, what are your goals and current training plan?
 
Thanks for starting a progress thread. This is the best way to get as much help as possible as brothers help each other in these progress threads. I’d like to know what you’re doing for workout or if you have nothing planned and you need us to help you just let us know.
 
I will be starting the newbie routine tonight and I can use any advise or help along the way, my goal is both length and girth thanks for your personal interest never got that before when it comes to my penis health.

That is a great routine to start with as it covers all of the foundational properties of angle and gain. I would do the entire routine as it is written unless you have a pump. If you have a pump I suggest you go with the 5×5×3 found in SRT. If not stick with the Newbie routine as written with 2 additions. 1. Expressive Stretching, 2. Erect Stretching. These two exercises will help you increase the rate of growth even more. Do you have any other questions please just ask.
 
Erect stretches are straight forward, get a full Erection then stretch/pull in various directions if you can,usually straight ahead or up, if you start to lose your erection simply just re-stimulate yourself and go from there. Erect stretching need not take more than 10 minutes every few days. Remember the only reason we’re doing the stretches is to close the gap between BPFL and BPEL.
 
I did get a red dot on the gland right side top.

Red spotting is almost impossible to avoid when under restriction so do not take too much worry in it if it goes away within 12 to 24 hours.
 
Totally expected and as you push more you may see more of them, not to worry glad your still on the program
