Hey Bro thanks for all the help previously @DLD !!!!

At the moment I went back to basics with the 5 phases due to me not being compliant with SRT.
So my goal is to make it a habit again, as well im planning to buy the silisleeve and the silicap2
Hopefully with this new ones the fit more snugg than the blues. I not i saw you sellign the tape again so ill double wrap it lol.

SRT gives you the flexibility to make your routine whatever you wanna make it as long as you’re following in the methodology and healing and gaining you should be just fine. SRT is a routine but it is also a methodology.
 
Ok, so i came back from been Rouge!!!!

So I've been compliant with the phases no visible results but what i wanted was to be compliant for at least 2 1/2 months straight of PE to cement foundation (I think). This is my rest week before i start the new plan. Reading at the moment SRT.

Ok, so i was lurking every now and then to read new stuff or update the new plan of what i want.
After going back and forth plus the previous experience of wanting to do everything i decided to chill the fuckk-up LOL
So ima just go with wanting to get as THICK as possible for the next 3 month then maybe change to the length

Now my equipment at the moment is:
  1. Mityvac
  2. Black rings
  3. sili rings (the first ones that you guys sold)
  4. Black tape
  5. Wrap band or uncle Jim
  6. White sili sleeves and some blue sili sleeves
  7. Lube
  8. fleshlight
I think thats all but if not i'll update it later.

Any tips to read, either for my goal or on recovery phases, before i start!!!! Im already Reading/trying to really break down SRT

welcome back my friend! I was wondering where you got off to I was about to start a man hunt LOL My advice is very simple read SRT, read SRT again and then come back with any questions you may have. Your equipment list is awesome and fully compliant with SRT. If you need help creating the routine or anything else please just ask.

Ok so i had a question since in SRT it says to for the 1st week to start light;
1. what would be the routine for week 1???
Is it this
5 minutes doing Bundled Stretches
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq

2. Now if i do it with the mityvac to get used to it again can i do it separately or wait till 2nd week?

3. Now it says to sleep with the silistretcher in passive mode?? Whats really passive mode and since im doing girth would it be recommendable??

4. Im thinking of buying the jelqing device you selling. Since i work as a Physical therapist assist i do alot of massages and lifting heavy with my hands and finger resulting sometimes i lose grip due to being extremely fatigue, however, I still complete the routine but it feelt I didn't due it as its suppose to. since phase 1 and 2 required like 100-500 jelqs a day or something around those #'s
5. wanted to buy as well the length master but ehhh still deciding any advice??

I just dont want to fall on the pattern of wanting to do everything and then either coming short or just plainly not doing it

Let me try to answer all of these concerns and questions. For the first two weeks I made it very light but you can turn up the intensity as quickly as you like. If you have experience you can go start foregoing the easy portion. SRT depends greatly on how your body reacts so you really want to find your bodies limits so you avoid injury while still in the edge of gaining.

You can start pumping right away but if you’re not interested in gaining girth what’s the point of doing any pumping?

Sleeping with the SS overnight in passive mode means wearing it so it hold you gently at your erect length, it is meant to hold you in a elongated position to heal that way.

I prefer to use my hands over the jelqing device as it just does not give me the intensity that I get for my hands. But you can give it a try if your hands are not strong enough. Or you can work with your hands until they get stronger.

lastly which I think should be first is the Lengthmaster. This question is easy everybody should have the LM if they are interested in gaining length as the fastest possible rate.

Believe it or not the best thing to do before you start pumping is bundled stretching. With both length and girth the tunica can be a limiting factor. But I have found that using bundled stretches pre-stretches the tunica allowing for you to take up much more size whether it be length or girth.
 
I'm trying with the videos at youtube and even the slow squash I started already. I'm at the moment looking for the diet so I'm lurking on the forum from the very 1st post lol it's gonna take a while
@DLD do you know where can I read about the clamping I wanna add that later on but I wanna be prepared

Be sure to squeeze all the blood out of your head before you put on your SS. If there’s any blood remaining in the head it can cause issues. It’s not a terrible thing as it will go away within a few hours but you could save yourself the trouble just by releasing the blood from your head.

Yea i reduce my time to 10 min per set and i doble or triple sili cap my head
didnt see that much edema
Im still doing the same routine but tomorrow im going to academy to buy more weights need to start getting this snowball rolling !!(fire)

That’s great news so it’s all tissue expansion now! What a great feeling that must be and will continue to be as you grow. What weight are you up to at this point?
 
Today ima try to hit 3 sets going to 7.5 Lbs
Still panicking about the edema

Water retention is nothing to really panic about but do your best to squeeze as much blood out of your penis before you compress. And if you noticed that edema is building up take some time to massage it out and then continue. This is the whole theory behind the SRT 5×5×3, You train until the point of water retention at that point you takeoff your pump and you do SlowSquashJelqs for five minutes which completely gets rid of any water build up.

Yea at this point im doing 15 min for 7.5 lbs x 3 sets what I did was put a cotton ball inside the glands cap and then my dick plus another glands cap and it reduces the edema by a lot. I still get some but not as bad as before. After the session, I put a hot pack on and boom edema reduces plus ad some warmth to my unit

Very smart solution I would’ve never advise that, excellent work. And I’m glad you’re doing the hot pack afterwards and maybe if you included a little bit of massage you can get all of the water retention disbursed.
