The largest penis I've ever seen in real life was a kid with a mental handicap showering his 8-9" flaccid penis with the showerhead in the public bathing house. I would guess his extreme large penis and mental handicap were both the results of sickle cell anemia though, but it was an extreme sight I will never forget.
