I want to do erect hanging , in that case should i hang very light enough to feel the stretch or heavy near base

Skin is the first limiting factor but the good news is skin is easily stretched. One does not need to actually stretch the skin as regular penis Enlargement exercises will stretch it for you.Make sure you have enough skin, for some this is the first limiting factor.
