This is my very first time posting a question. First of all, I apologise if my English sounds ungrammatical or ill‑formed.

I have noticed that there are plenty of videos about jelqing exercises, but I am not confident about exactly how much, how often, or for how long I should practice.

At present, I can only use my own two arms. Unfortunately, I wish I could get a tool for the jelqing exercise.
I am unsure how long I should keep exercising. People say that it requires steady effort, but I don’t know exactly how many years I should expect.

I look forward to receiving a thorough answer.
 
Welcome to MOS brother. You can gain at least 2.5 inches in erect length within 12 months if you train consistently. Go to the newbie section of the forum. All the informations you need are there. Take your time and read through everything and watch all the videos.

No worries about your grammar. No one here is an English professor. None of us English speakers has proper grammatical proficiency to claim to be an adequate Englishman. So, you're in good company.

If you're looking for jelqing only to gain girth, or even length, that by itself won't work. Think of jelqing is one of the many exercises you have to combine with. It's similar to saying, "I'll just jog for 10 km each day, and I can sprint like a professional in the Olympics sooner or later."

Jelqing is a method to bring blood into the penis, or create expansion volume inside the penile shaft using positive pressure. Some jelqs pull blood into the penis, and you use the enlarged penis portion to pull the penis in one direction to stretch the penis itself. In reality, you need more than just pulling or pushing blood into the penis. You have to break the tissues down first. Then you pull the penis to stretch the tissues further, and when the cells inside your penis are sufficiently broken down, you need to keep the penis stretched and elongated over time so the cells can repair and regrow to fill in the damaged area.

Most of us who started out without prior penile enhancement (PE) exercises our average growth is around 2 to 3 cm each year in length. The same is true for girth. Those who push too hard and do too much, the gains tend to stop faster because they overstress their penile tissues too rapidly. This is why we encourage your PE journey to be steady, slow in intensity incrementation, and be consistent with your routines day after day.
