Have you started hitting your wife/gf cervix yet. I was smashing mine last week and she’s starting to say she doesn’t want me to get much much bigger bc of it.

I’m 6.75 and hit it when she’s on top sometimes and definitely with doggy. I need to mess around with different angles in doggy cause she isn’t a huge fan of me just smashing it from behind.
What’s interesting is I’ve noticed that sometimes on top it bottoms out easier than others. I guess it may depend on menstrual cycle etc and it moving around.
 
Cervix or no cervix rubbing, my wife is now a super fan of the triangle pillow, also one brand called DAME, try a bunch. She is a super fan of that and says it goes in so much more amazing in doggy, from my other post I note that she had her first BIG-O with just penetration on a triangle pillow

Followed by 2 pumps by 5 min each.

BPSFL prior to train was 7.3 after was about 7.5. Would love to make 7.5 my BPEL just need to be consistent

Last night was another LM3 session. Focused on downward bundled mostly. Also connecting more mid shaft. It feels much tighter during bundled that way.

Hit MV pump for 2x5 min pumps afterwards as well.

Girth is a touch over 5.

I need to really buckle down and hit 7.5”x5.5” as my end state.

Hit the pump for first time in months last night. Barely touched 7” in MityVac pump. I figure for me to reach 7.5” EL I need to almost hit 8” in that thing. So I’ve got work today.

New plan= keep it simple and consistent.

10min LM3 bundle stretching
Followed by 2x5 pumps.

For like 25 min a day or effort. Seems like consistency and a 1mm a day gain is what I need compounded day after dsy

that's that's fine to go for 8 inches. I've always said go a half inch longer than you want to be. This way, you settle into the size you desire.

That is a good simple plan and should do very well for you. As you progress, you might want to add more to this, but for now, it's a great starting point.

That's it, keep it consistent and keep it reasonable. So you have no snags, as you go along. Without consistency I would be nowhere today.

Rotations, we'll always become more and more as you train. And there really is no reason to rush it as in time you will get there, so don't be let down by only going 360 for all of us have gone 360 in the beginning, but as your penis gets longer and longer, you will be able to get more and more rotations in.
 
Been super inconsistent.

Did a double session yesterday

2x10min LM3 bundled rotations. Followed by red light lamp
Then mity vac pump. Used 1.75” tube to focus more on length.
2x5min pumps. Some more red light.

Did this both AM and PM yesterday.

Hit about 7.3” inside the pump. So I was getting solid length gains for the day. Just need to be consistent 5+ x a week for next four months lol
 
Rotations, we'll always become more and more as you train. And there really is no reason to rush it as in time you will get there, so don't be let down by only going 360 for all of us have gone 360 in the beginning, but as your penis gets longer and longer, you will be able to get more and more rotations in.

Yes. Attaching closer to the base of the penis stresses the two ligaments and the base muscles more than when it's at the base of the glans.

If you have a lot of foreskin, the foreskin will slip and slide, reducing the amount of traction load to do the trick. The best thing to do is to make sure to wrap the penis to minimize this foreskin slip. So, wrap from the base of the glans downwards, pushing as much skin towards the base as you can. When you trap the skin near the base, there's less pulling tension even when the skin moves away from the base. The only under tension is on the ligaments.

I’ve got a blue Theraband I wrap around it for protection. Just tried a 10min LM3 session closer to the base. Maybe not all the way down but much better.

My all or nothing personality was showing.

Tonight.

BPSFL before training. Maybe 7.1-7.2 or so.

25-30min of LM3 down bundles. Focusing on attaching closer to the base.

Following that was MVAC.
1.75” tube. 5min sets. SSJ in between.
Final set in tube got to 7.4” in tube. That’s huge for me. I think 7.4/7.5 in the pump is highest I’ve gotten.

BPSFL AFTER training was 7.6!

I guess attaching by the base really does help. Couldn’t hardly do full 360s but I guess it really does stretch!

5x3 length pump MVAC. Got to 7.4” on final pump again

Ending BPSFL was 7.6/7.7? Maybe. This measure didn’t have all the lines just 1/2” marks.

Really wanting a BPEL of 8.3 or so….

Keep going with this routine for the next 4 weeks. If you see more constant gain, bump up the intensity just a small bit. If you don't see any change, lengthen the amount of routine exercises but with less intensity until the tissues adopt the stress loads. The moment you see changes again, increase the intensity just a bit as you go.

Just like you, when I got my nearly full-body injury, I had to stop PE so my body could recover properly. Once my body is healed, I'm firing up my PE routines again. Wife is getting quite a bit of libido increase. Need to keep up with her needs soon.

2in is reaching a pussy destroyer status, if you have to lube just to get it in and allow the penis to move freely at 1.75in. We joked around in the past that 1.75in is a pussy stuffer. 2.25in is a pussy decimator. Not sure about 2.5in. At that point, most pussies will just run away from you.

Let me clarify. If I go in soft it’s certainly not needing lube.

But once I start pumping if I don’t lubricate myself and the walls all around it gets too much pressure along walls and doesn’t gain length.

So when pumped in a 1.75” tube I’m fully squeezing the walls all the way around. Which comes out to 5.5” internal. Need lots of lube for that.

But not just enteringnitnsoft.

Current EG is 5.2/5.3.

Keep that cylinder for longer term length routine. When you lube and pump, and it becomes way too tight and you're suffering pain, that's when you retire that cylinder completely. I lost count on how many cylinders I retired over a decade of PE. The data points are all over the place. The younger generations like the average length, non-bone pressed, to be around 6.5in long. Some crazy ones like to be around 9in long. They don't know what the hell they're talking about. But I can see for those who are chubby. The longer, the better they can feel something past that major ass padding. For the girth, the average comes around around 5.5in, and as high as 5.75in. There are some crazy nymphos that love their girth to be around 6.5in. But those data points are outliers. Some rare 0.05% want the girth going up to 7.5in with length of 9in. Not sure what they want with such dimension.

Ah. Sorry. Now it's clear. Current measurement, measured 4 months ago, at 7.2in length x 6.3in girth (fully uniform with larger glans since I worked hard to keep them nice and equally round). Started from around 5.15in length x 4.15in girth.

If you can't use the water, that's not a problem. If you only have 1.75in cylinder, that's still not a problem. Just work with what you have for now until you can get the 1.85in, 1.90in, or 2in cylinder. Just go up little by little. It's a pain to use air and lube, but it is what it is.

Yep. Pump, then SSJ, pump, then SSJ. 15 minutes routine to start, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, and next thing you know it, you'll be doing 40 and 50 minutes routine. The trick is to keep your tissues constantly heated. While you're in between the exercises, such 3 minute pump and 5 minutes SSJ, as you relax, 2 minutes of warm rice sock or hot water soak to get your tissues warmed again. Our brother SIM and I switch to space heater as well. He used the heating blower and element from a salvaged vehicle. Work pretty damn good. Mine is 1.1kW vertical space heater. We're not using it for heating the room any more, so I used it for PE instead. Freaking warm and sweaty during the summer days.

BUT, my son got me thinking, why spent so much money on power when you can use something more compact? Look up IR wrist heater and motorcycle handlebar warmer. It works on 5V USB power source, or even a 12V power source, at a much smaller amount of power need. But the controllable temperature is the most essential reason to get it. You can change between 96F, 104F, 110F, and even 120F. From perfectly warm to melting your penis off. Perfect in keeping the tissue nice and malleable.

Im now furious I don’t have the water trap/ or the 2” tube with me.

Use air until you can you can use water. Upgrade the water trap to 1 liter rather than 4oz. Too small of a water trap can cause water to enter your pump.
