Hey brothers

I’m looking to incorporate an ADS into my routine.

if any brothers experienced in ADS use have solid recommendations at all (type, model, make etc) I would greatly appreciate it.

I know there are so many types to choose from.

I know there are so many types to choose from.

First is the cost. ADS comes in many flavors, bells, and whistles. The more you pay, the more bells and whistles come with the ADS. What you need to know is what you're trying to do and for how long.

For example, if you want comforts, you got the FortePlus. The vacuum system is great, the comfort is awesome, but there's a high cost in replacing consumables (comfort strap rings, sleeves, and even cup sizes).

You got SizeDoctor vacuum cup setup for its extender, but you also have to purchase specific cup sizes, consumable sealing ring, sleeves, and of course, upgrade the straps.

You got the SiliStretcher2 and StealthStretcher, which are pretty much the same as the previous two.

You also have assorted China/India branded knockoffs, very cheap, and tons of headaches. The so-called acupuncture/acupressure cups are notorious for keeping pressure going past -7inHg, and will slip/break off at 2kg.

I think every one you mentioned here is a vacuum style and not a strap/noose style correct?

If so, then they all work the same way, just differ in quality and price etc.?

Sizedoctor and stealthstretcher look most appealing to me for how they are not dependant on the leg and neck straps etc.
Are these the straps you refer to when you say we must upgrade the straps?

I’d love to hear you opinion (if you have one) on the size genetics and also on which ADS in your experience is the most efficient my brother

Correct. The vacuum type gives you more comfort over the noose and strap type. But when your glans is irritated, the noose/strap type helps for a period of time over the vacuum. I believe the Stealth Stretcher has both noose and vacuum for usage. Always have a system that can support multiple kind. I think PhalloSan Forte and the Plus series also have that as well.

Correct. The cost is due to the design features. The SizeDoctor shapes the vacuum cup to be similar to the your glans. I can't say the vacuum cares about that. What's the most important is the glans enters the vacuum cup correctly, and the seal around the base of the glans works without any issues. This is the most fundamental function of the vacuum system, which is the sealing function at the base of the glans.

The Stealth has a leg strap, or waist strap, along with extender base system, while the Size Doctor uses extender base with spring loaded system. The Size Doctor can be strapped like the Stealth Stretcher by purchasing your own leg or waist straps, based on your own comforts. Look at the SiliStretcher2 for more ideas. Most strap kits don't cost more than a fast meal in town. I purchase my own materials from the local craft stores and made my own revisions for additional comforts.

Like most ADS and extenders, they are interchangable in strap system. If you type "penis stretcher strap" to the Google search, and switch over to the Images, you'll find at least two dozens strap ideas. They range from a simple and cheap straps to comfort and extravagant deigner straps. Look carefully to what you like, since your tastes are different than mine.

That’s why I’m leaning towards the sizedoctor or the stealthstretcher you see.
Is this okay or not advisable in your experience?

Either one is good. If you only use it for on the go without the extender base, then look into SiliStretcher2 as well. If you want to use it at home and on the go, Stealth or Size Doctor are good as both can offer the spring loaded base for that constant traction needs. I have JES extender I modified with vacuum and dual strap, while using SiliStretcher2 vacuum cup to add with my JES if I want to use vacuum cup at the same time. There are many ways to play with them. If you don't want the hassle, just buy a system that have both.

No. The vacuum only create a vacuum suction on the glans. Blood flow into the shaft is the same. Blood flow into the glans slows down but still flow through and then out. This is why most of us prefer vacuum over straps and nooses. Straps and nooses can be very restrictive with the blood flow. At times, it can stop the blood flow completely from entering the glans.

I was hoping to avoid the strap as it would mean having the stay still for hours (I think?)

Both SiliStretcher and Stealth Stretcher have waiste, neck, and knee straps for mobility. Only Stealth Stretcher has the base between these two.

Size Doctor has only the base. Brothers have use the metal clip ring to act as a pulling support for their own straps. Size Doctor is not meant to have strap, but the brothers modified it to have strap anyway.

If you don't like straps, then SizeDoctor or Stealth Stretcher may be your device of choice using a vacuum cup system. Stealth Stretcher has the straps if you don't want to use the spring-loaded base.

Both SiliStretcher and Stealth Stretcher have waiste, neck, and knee straps for mobility.

I was understanding that the straps are best for when you’re still, whereas the base extender is for when you want to be mobile.

So instead the straps are the best for when you want to move around..?

Straps are best if you move around, especially the waist and knee straps.

I see, then using straps is going to create a variable tension surely? As well as open us up to sudden spiked in tension from movement?

Whereas a stealthstretcher (without straps) is going to give a fixed safe tension via rods and vacuum cup for 4-6hours which if done after stretches as you suggested previously, will act as an ADS basically no?

Yes. The unfortunate thing is, the straps tend to create fluctuating tension. If you strap to your neck, tension is stable until you bend over, twist, and turn. Strap around your waist is much more stable, but if you wear belts, it can be bulky. If you strap around your knee, sudden movements like bending, running, or wide stride walking can cause sudden high pressure under high tension, causing blisters, or blood blisters. Not fun.

If you use the extender base for either SizeDoctor or Stealth Stretcher, it may look bulky, but the tension remains constant. You can turn it sideways, up to your waist, or down to your leg. The only issue is the bulky look if you wear tight pants, or it can be uncomfortable after a while because it's pressing against your pubic bone and groin skin.
