I’m seeing well over 2–5% post-session BPSFL increases, likely newbie response. Feels more like acute elongation than locked-in growth right now.
To help solidify gains, I’m already using passive sleeves post-session and pumping 10 min daily. Thinking about adding a second 10-min pump later in the day (one after length work, one later) mainly for blood flow.
Does that make sense for turning early response into real growth, or better to keep volume where it is and let the tissue adapt?
