length or girth in the AM/PM

Quick question for DLD! Hey D, i can't for the life of me remember what you had said on the old MOS dvd/ phase and your first six months when you gained 2 inches... If i'm remembering correctly, i believe you told us if we were to do the am/pm split, to do length in the AM or during the day, and focus on Girth in the PM at night? And in this way its very good for translating gains in both categories.

Yes, I still believe that is the perfect way to train. It gives us enough of a break that healing has already occurred.So you'll be completely warmed up when you do your girth work.
