@oldandlively , Do you think that edging give length reason why i ask is as a kid i masturbated a lot and i did not know what a jelg was and never measured my penis until 21years old was 9 inches cause i hit the back of a 9inch pump is the reason why i started big. I been stuck at 9inches since 21 years old. I think the only thing i gain was girth.

Playing basketball was not a problem. However, the heavy tasks and body functions required in the military activities could be a factor in stunting or locking the penile growth going forward because the body needed the extra resource diversion.

So, time to initiate the secondary growth phases. @DLD can assist you on the methods he uses to this very day for growth promotion, while I keep reviewing your logs and predict your growth requirement. Since you used edging in the past, let's have you use edging again if you have the time. Rather than jelqing, replace jelqing with edging with a 10 to 30 second holds. Jelqing should be part of the edging, but in a form of C-jelq to drain the blood over downward jelqing to increase the girth. Edging is actually closer to the angion genesis process than jelqing. Give it a try for a few weeks to a month and closely observe the tissue responses. If you're going to edge, really warm your tissues up. Edging tends to work the blood vessels more heavily than jelqing.
 
Hm, ever try edging while doing kegeling? It's a strange feeling to multi-task in PE, but it's the same as stretching or pumping while kegeling. Edging is another form of stimulation while under traction pressure.

I edged a little but I was kegeling inside the pump doing sets of 60 lifting the pump with my penis at 3hg to 5hg

Just wanted to share something because I thought it might help, but only use if you think it will bring on added benefit or use it if oldandlively and dld recommend

I added some additional heat with heating pad and then some cold at some point
Anyway I think you might benefit from addes heat about halfway in your workout and then adding a bit of cold either by cold pumping or adding a bit of ice at some point at your most expanded state then wrap

Pleae see my workout below and what I did just as an example

experimented a bit today
But I am convinced now that heat is must throughout part of the workout, but found something interesting today that I will continue to explore

I warm up normally with a shower or small hot towel or somekind of heating pad
before active work with LM

Today though based on the feedback I added heat again after active work during the extender portion

***After heat I waited about 5 min at room temp and cold shocked the tissues for about
5 min to keep them in the extended state and then the remainder of the extender work left it at room temp

My post active measurement was at
18.5 cm
And post Extender was
18.4 cm

This is the theory and you gurus probably already know this

But the heat will denature the cells and stress of the stretch will modify the cell tissue

***the cold should only be added temporarily maybe 5 minutes or a bit more

Then by adding cold I am accelarating the cementing process and the tissues remain in their new form
While mitosis process is being done due to the stress or cell clean up is being done on the old penile cells and being replaced this is producing the new growth state, ie thicker and longer member

Anyway thats probably as theoretic as I can get compared to you all

This is something I think needs to be stressed
And probably already is with the SRT
But the emphasis of adding heat and then cold shock needs to be brought up more

This cannot be extreme though as some people may try to add too much heat and too much cold

I simply added heat during extender wear for about 15 min with a decent heating pad and the 5 min cold shock I used was a small plastic sandwhich bag with ice
