For the vaccuum, have you tried taping

Space out your pumping and vacuum hanging to prevent blistering on young tissues. Surface tissue scarring is not advisable.

To prevent fluid buildup when using a vacuum cap, I like to use
NextCare waterproof tape
Tan pinkish color

I take a 1.5 inch piece and place it over the urethral opening from left side to right side of glans
Then I take about a 3.5 inch piece and place it just below frenelum and run it back over the top side of the glans

Then i put a cap sleeve to cover the glans
Then the vacuum cap goes over it with the sleeve and I roll it down to the penis

Maybe a second sleeve over the vacuum cap and bottom sleeve if more pressure /weight is going to be applied

Ace bandage is like a hard wrap or cast, similar to DuroSleev. It's a great cheap tool of the trade, but it can rip your skin alive and irritate the crap out of it if you use the adhesive version.

Strange I never had that experience with wrapped in a wrap for at least eight hours a day, and never did I have any kind of irritation. I think it might be the quality of the ace wrap. Cheaper versions do tend to chafe your skin, but the expensive versions have a very soft, pleasant backside. Maybe this is why i'm an outlier
