I have the same issue with them. At R3dd1t, they take stuff that doesn't belong to them, and they post it. R3dd1t is failing big time, and i'm sure we'll see much more traffic coming from them once they realize they're surrounded by fools.
 
Imo R3dd1t isn't the problem its the infighting. Everyone shouting at each other, 'This worked for me, my way is the best way! Buy my stuff!' Where as I feel there isn't one device, one method or technique, or way to reach your goals. Everyone is different and what worked for me may not work for the other guy. I'm sorry that sucks. It doesn't make me a liar. Its not unfair. That's just life. But there are so many versions of PE you just need to find what works for you. Maybe someone here can help, maybe someone at R3dd1t can help. I thanked the guys who I learned from at both places. I will say that I feel this forum is more of a community. You can post here without much risk of some asshole starting shit and calling you a liar or something worse just because they disagree. But I will say that the easiest way to shut up the naysayers is to post a current picture.

Switched to girth focus after my 1 year mark. Still hang but only three days of the week instead of the seven I was previously doing. 4 days of girth work now each week. Been bouncing between 23.8 and 24.2 which is discouraging... but I'm not focusing on length. I feel I should stop measuring for the next 12 weeks until I'm ready to start length again.

It is good to measure every 6 months, but you should not be obsessed with temporary measurements. Those will come and become cemented as you continue in your walk. If you're not interested in length You can forgo measurement. But if you're going for girth, it is vital that you measure before and after to see the potential coming your way.
 
Saw much quicker progress hanging today applying a red light wrap. Hit 24.2 cm bpsfl in only 2 1/2 hours instead of the usual 4+ at 2.5lbs to 5lbs. Was also attempting new angles by hanging over the left and right arms of my chair for 30 minutes each side and felt some good stretch along the sides of the shaft.

Still low weight, vacuum cups do not allow for heavy loads as the pressure is mostly distributed on the underside of the glans and part of the shaft through the sleeve. I'm thinking about getting a compression hanger. I'm very weary about compression devices as they always cause issues due to foreskin. Vacuum, compression, or noose... the only options we have and they each have their own flaws.

I've been looking into tendon/ligament recovery methods and it looks like low tension pull for long periods of time (hanging/ads) along with micro-pulse stretching in multiple directions for short periods of time with a many reps (tension extenders) is how athletes do it in rehabilitation. I'm now wondering how I can build a track underneath my desk with a pulley mounted to a motorized trolley that could handle a 10 pound weight and still make it around the track without slipping or being pulled back. Essentially automated rotary cranks while hanging... its a thought.

You may look into the lengthmaster which is an incredible as it has a very wide footprint, and it allows for much intensity. I will go with that or if you're concerned about this being too much you might want to try the SiliStretcher. But in my opinion, there is nothing better than the lengthmaster, as it gives you so many options to bring length.

By the end of puberty Androgen receptors stay open to testosterone but they stop sending growth signals. The ultimate advancement in PE would be to find a way to reopen those growth signals, but localized to only the penis, without also growing cancerous cells. Then being able to shut it off.

What are your thoughts @oldandlively ? Hypothetically how could this be done?

Ah, the Golden Egg question that has been asked since 1970s. You've nailed it on the head and it was and still is under research for the past 5 decades. HGH was used locally to induce growth, and synthetic androgens (AAS) in the modern days also used on desperate patients that would go to great length of any kind for growth beside subjecting under the knives and implants.

Androgen receptors constantly remained opened, but at a lower level. Your penis is the same way, as long as you induce sufficient amount of stress loads accordingly to excite the androgen receptors to reactivate during times of needs. I always emphasize safety because that's how the body works. When the body knows there's not much stresses elsewhere, plenty of bioavailable resources at the ready, and small damages occurs around the penile area, the body diverts its resources for growth little by little, and for a few, it triggers secondary and tertiary puberty growth with phenomemal gains. Even when we're in our old ages, we still see gains because the androgen receptors are not fully closed or deactivated. We just need to trick the body to reactivate at a higher level.

As you said, using of the anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) in a localized area can bring out irregular growths, such as cancer. This does not mean you cannot use a very low dosage to "boost" receptors' awareness and reactivation, stimulating a puberty-like phase in the cells. There has been multiple test cases in using cocktails of Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) with AAS in place of HGH. Unfortunately, part of the world do not allow such use of AAS, IGF-1, and HGH without proper medical prescriptions and medical monitoring. There are plenty of cases of regions in the world that will allow uncontrolled use of the cocktail, and of course, people do order the substances in using them as illegal and illicit products.

The final thought is, do the cocktails or applications of the synthetic compounds work? The answer is, 50/50. It did work for a few, while other reported it them horny but no growth. A couple case did report that the prostrates and gonads gotten larger as a result. The gonads were not an issue, but the enlarged prostates were of concerns.

For those who actually gained, they did gain 1in to 1.5in without having to do any PE. For those who use in conjunction, they did gain up to 2.5in. The timelines were skewed due to the reporting periods they came back with, anywhere between 1.2 to 2.5 years.

i might be trying to find a non prescription version of this stuff.

There are way too many publications on initial tests without long-term results going back as far as 2007. There were many follow-up on the patients but the reports had too many outliers to consider as solid evidence to use as part of the publications. The pool of patients started with 1000+ and rapidly dropped to less than 100 after five years of data gathering because of communication and observational issues. The remaining pool of patients got odd results as well.

When tests on existing products started, new products came out and the tests got reset. This happened so often since 2012 that most tests don't get published because of constant revisions on the formulation for control. Most tests required at least 5 years to ensure health safety. Most single formulation do not go past 3 years because the companies made the formulation want to capitalize on the formulation as much as possible. Bad busines practices since lawsuits tend to go a bit crazy in the States. Abroad, that's not a problem.

DHT got released with so many revisions, it made my head hurts. Lots of promises, plenty of outlier data being used as a "truth of gain data", but in reality, the data were skewed. The lowest gains got tossed as "negative promotional data", while upper gain outliers above average gains are used as "low end data points". When it comes to DHT, make sure to use the application creams and promises with a full bottle of salt.

Been using a combo of the epic vibration mount and a red light heat wrap. The vibration is absolutely helping. I'm hitting what feels like max plasticity within a couple hours which allows for heavier weight. Vacuum cups do not allow for a lot but still 10lbs is double 5lbs, which is what I usually do. The heat wrap is... well I'm still figuring it out. The heat obviously penetrates as my whole dick is warm when I take it off. The concerning aspect is the shaft sensitivity. I keep lowering the temperature to the lowest setting 30°C but still get these few and far between split second shocks of pain hours after I've stopped the workout.

Results were almost immediate. Less than two weeks and I'm already hitting +0.5 cm. Fairly certain I hit 24.7 cm today. It was 24.8 but I always take the lesser number as a certainty. Which is just... what the fuck!? Shocking for me because it happened so suddenly and out of nowhere. I haven't been doing anything differently other than adding low vibration and low heat when hanging... my tongkat ali + L-carnitine + maca root combo I've been taking for the last month might also be kicking in. I'm hoping the sensitivity in my shaft is from the heat wrap and not that I've stretched too much too quickly. I think I'm going to stick with 5 lbs or less going forward.

Congratulations, my brother.It sounds like it's all cream from here. Your warm up is perfect and will cause great elasticity. Once we reached that point, we make gains. So keep up the hard work, be consistent. Do not see your intensity. Listen to your body and do.According to how you feel.
 
Couple of things I've learned over the last week. I am responding to the heat wrap far far more than vibration.

2ndly I have become conditioned to low weight. If its not minimum 5 lbs I'm not seeing any gain. Which means it is time for a total deconditioning.

Question is, do I go for 1 week? Or for 1 whole month?
 
Time to increase the heat just a bit, possibly 2F to 3F over the current heat level, then increase moderate weight to 6lbs to initiate breaking after warm up, increase to 8lbs just for 5 to 10 minutes to break ligaments, and revert back to 6lbs for long hours optimized traction load for continuous stretching. Wrap up at 1.1kg, or even 1.5kg to maximize low traction healing.
 
One week to observe the changes, two weeks to compare, and one month to really test things out. Any changes tend to appear after a full week of activities.
I am going to go on a 1 week decon now to start, then do 2 weeks during the end of year holidays. I dont think we have plans but there's no point in trying to do anything with everyone off and who knows trying to visit. I dont expect to lose much. Maybe drop back to 24.2 cm bpsfl at most by next Sunday.

Whatever you lose was not cemented in the first place. And once you get back in the swing of things you will make those gains back very quickly.I'm talking like a week. So have no fear and take care of yourself
