Progress/Accountability Thread

Looking to use this to gain knowledge and maybe give someone an idea, who knows. I’m fairly organized and like things a certain way, so I will explain how I’m going to use the thread, please feel free to use it how you want.

Update daily with doing the daily routine and any issues/general ideas
Update on measurements every 30 days
Update new routine additions (will be adding additional stretch to routine every 30 days)

Starting Stats:
BPFL: 4.25”
FG: 4”
BPEL: 6”
EG: 4.5”

Goals: To me, goal are meant to be maxed out potential gains beyond what others have reached, not participation trophies. I am mainly focusing on Length, but will be doing girth as well, so based on what I’ve seen towards the max is 0.5” length based on average (SIM over 10mths). My goal is 0.75” average length gain per month over 6.3 months (3 weeks added due to initial prep routine).

Will purchase MOS bundle package without weights in the next 2 weeks, delivery max should be 3 weeks.

First 3 week routine is to get all muscles, tendons and ligaments adjusted to being stretched.

Thread Post 2:

Routines: (Side note, will be accomplishing daily, no breaks unless body says a break is needed)

Routine 1 (Start 8/20 until MOS Bundled Ordered approx 3 weeks)
SIMs Broomstick Routine Adjusted
Bundled all 5 positions. 2 mins bundled (bundling each direction) constant hold. 5 Mins Rotary Cranks.
2x Per Day
Ball and Lig Stretch: 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Frenulum Stretching (Decrease Sensitivity): 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Gland Tapping (Decrease Sensitivity): 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Will remain wrapped for elongation all day and at night use a slightly looser wrap.

Routine 2 (Starts approx. 3 weeks from 8/20, will last for 30 days - will replace with exact dates once started):

Ball and Lig Stretch: 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Frenulum Stretching (Decrease Sensitivity): 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Gland Tapping (Decrease Sensitivity): 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)

SRT Variation:
6 min Expressive Stretching with LM3 (Huge Video)
Full SRT: Variance 2 sets 1m Bundled. Each stretch bundle 1M clockwise/1m counter-clockwise.

SiliStretcher 4 Hour Duration - Increase intensity every hour

Girth:

5x5x3 w/MityVac (will update pressure in normal thread as increase)
Wear SiliRing 2 Hours After 5x5x3

SRT Variation:
6 min Expressive Stretching with LM3 (Huge Video)
Full SRT: Variance 2 sets 1m Bundled. Each stretch bundle 1M clockwise/1m counter-clockwise.

SiliStretcher - Duration Until Bedtime - Increase intensity every hour until Max, Remove at bedtime and loose wrap to remove turtling.

Appreciate the luck. I actually have 7 months of routines planned out on a 30 day interval change lol, I had some time of my hands. If I didn’t do this, I would never be able to remember everything I did or if someone asked a question - I would be at a loss.

Same here, I wouldn’t be able to remember, since I’ve restarted a month ago I generally have my routine in my head and just follow that however i do randomly change it up, but I think it’s time for some record keeping now.

That is a Good idea, so when you see something that shows good results you can know exactly where it came from. I believe it is also encouraging for one’s self to see their own plan and track record!
 
When starting out using the SiliStretcher2 (SS2), make sure to slowly work up the pressure. The video direction indicate 1 to 1.5 full twists. This is only for non-movement or low traction load around 1kg. If you move along under this vacuum pressure at 1 to 1.5 full twist, be ready to suffer a nice blister. This is around -7.5inHg to -10inHg. Sudden load while moving can increase the pressure past -15inHg, the danger zone.

Start very low at 0.5 knob twist only. This is around -3 to -5inHg. We have many discussions on how to mount the SS2 properly. We will gladly provide all the directions with cautions and safety in mind.
 
Finished day one no issues, staying wrapped all the time. Definitely looking forward to the SiliStretcher.

Funny, that was actually a question I had written down, because I've seen increments between 0.5 to 2. I have a 3 ring binder for of notes and questions that could potentially come up, still researching some of the finer points of certain things that I will expect to come up with the next 1-4 months. I appreciate the info though, saves me time and keeps me on the right track - plus this one was coming up quick.

Can't wait to get my hands on all of it - I just know with the time I'm going to put in daily on the SiliStretcher it is going to push the gains harder and faster. I'm basically going to be in it from 12-14 hours a day/7 days a week. That plus the LM3 routine 2x a day should be good.

That's a very dynamic choice, and it will fere you well. Combining these two tools, we'll bring length at a speed that seems almost impossible. Prepare yourself for celebration as you are, dedicating yourself to a very respected SRT work out. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND ALL YOU DO!
 
Routine 1 done today.

Adjusting/Adding to Routine 1, will continue this through all Routines whether working on length or girth.

I have noticed I want my balls hanging lower to help with stretches, part of this is due to penoscrotal skin. Also, adding 2 additional exercises to help with Premature EJ.

Ball and Lig Stretch: 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Frenulum Stretching (Decrease Sensitivity): 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)
Gland Tapping (Decrease Sensitivity): 2x5min (1 Morning, 1 Evening)

I noticed the same thing after hanging for a bit. My balls started to hang lower than my penis🤪 I never figured out why it happened, but it was a welcome side effect

Question for you when you get a second. When I move on to Routine 2, I will be in the Silistretcher for a significant period of time. I'm going to take it slow for the first 3-7 days (whenever it feels adjusted) to acclimate to the device - based on one of your previous threads (max 4 hours per day during that time).

The question:
In that routine once acclimated, I will do the SRT then be in the device for 6 hours. I will then do 5x5x3 with 2 hours of ring wear. Then, I will do another session of SRT and attach the device again for 7-8 hours. Being in the device for longer than 4 hours, when do I stop doing the turns on the device, I.e. at hour 4 or I.e. after 2 full rotations? I'm just trying to get that plan together for my personal notes. If you have it in another thread - you can just direct me to that. Not the greatest at searches on the forum yet. Thanks.

A warning: never go above 1 full rotation. Stick between half to 3/4 only. It's about fine-tuning the strapping the unit properly over how much vacuum pressure you can achieve and handle.

This short period of time also allow you to gauge possible tender skin layer under prolong hours under moist environment. How long? It can be as short as 2 weeks and there is no length of time for adjustment purposes. That's great! Getting fourteen hours of the silistretcher in it's simply amazing! You should see some really good growth
 
Should be interesting, really focusing on consistency and intensity while just listening to the body to make sure I'm good health wise.
I think you'll find this a worthwhile experiment and I know with that amount of time you're destined to make incredible growth. Remain consistent in this experiment to be sure it's effective.

I know right now is just getting all the logs and everything stretched and it’s definitely working even in this short amount of time. We are going to bust some records around here hopefully.

That's the way to go! Keep a log of everything you're doing being sure not to miss anything. Every bit of the workout is like a map finding your destination. With your attitude, you should be awesome in your growth

Routine done for the day, just limbering everything up, been a good 7 days. Probably another 1-2 weeks of this and then moving on to routine 2.
Well, that's exciting. I'm so glad you're at the point where you're considering the new routine. I highly recommend SRT. There's no better thing than progress. So set your heart on the things you desire, and they will happen.

Only reason I'm staying on the one routine for the 3 week total plan, is just where I had some of the surgeries and I want that good warm up before I go full throttle. I'm going to be on the SRT+ plan or the SRT on steroids plan.

That makes sense follow your own heart. when you finish this part of your routine and start using SRT you will see amazing growth.

Checkmark for today, staying elongated 24/7 is definitely making a difference I think.
Of course, it is I did this for over 20 years. I always had my penis wrapped. I believe this is why I grew so fast. The other thing I did was keggle all times which I was in doing PE. Between the these two things is success, and I hope you keep up with this until you get to where you want to be

It makes a huge difference, I can already tell a massive elasticity difference by staying wrapped 24/7 in just the 11 days I've been doing it. I guess my ultimate goals would be a 13.5 x 8.5, that way if I draw back some it will stay at that 13 x 8.

Question on girth, specifically the 5x5x3 routine. When you were focusing more towards girth, how many sets of the 5x5x3 per day did you do?
 
Two max if you want to push growth. One is enough daily. You can increase by 2 sets if you like.
 
For clarification, each routine is 3 sets. That 5 minutes of jelq and 5 minutes of pumping, or modification of minutes in either exercise based on your needs, total of 3 times or sets. The time can be exchanged for 2 minutes pump, 8 minutes jelq or some variations as 5 minutes pumping and 10 minutes jelqing. Total of 3 sets.

The max routines per day is two. Too many will not benefit you.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
