I’ve actually been measuring the growth of my pliability to an extent. For example, I initially tried to do a dld blaster just because I knew you needed both in order to accomplish it. At first, I couldn’t do it, but now I can with ease. That’s one way I knew it was still gaining positive on both. I also feel that ball/lig stretch is an absolute must as well as staying wrapped 24/7 ( the only time I’m unwrapped is in the shower for 15 mins every day). I think a lot of people over look the initial phase, it’s less about girth/length gain and more about preparation for that phase.
in my opinion, this is also going to set me up for less injury and maximum growth once I hit the full routine - just because I know how aggressive I am in training.
