Progress/Accountability Thread
Looking to use this to gain knowledge and maybe give someone an idea, who knows. I’m fairly organized and like things a certain way, so I will explain how I’m going to use the thread, please feel free to use it how you want.
Update daily with doing the daily routine and any issues/general ideas
Update on measurements every 30 days
Update new routine additions (will be adding additional stretch to routine every 30 days)
Starting Stats:
BPFL: 4.25”
FG: 4”
BPEL: 6”
EG: 4.5”
Goals: To me, goal are meant to be maxed out potential gains beyond what others have reached, not participation trophies. I am mainly focusing on Length, but will be doing girth as well, so based on what I’ve seen towards the max is 0.5” length based on average (SIM over 10mths). My goal is 0.75” average length gain per month over 6.3 months (3 weeks added due to initial prep routine).
Will purchase MOS bundle package without weights in the next 2 weeks, delivery max should be 3 weeks.
First 3 week routine is to get all muscles, tendons and ligaments adjusted to being stretched.

This thread will always be edited to keep a clean record of monthly measurements. I will still post in whatever position occurs, but would like to keep all this information at the front of the thread for everyone - I hate trying to search long threads - its an annoyance type thing to me.
