Got it. Rather than hanging with weights, why not focus on arm-base traction for faster tissue attacks and minimize LM2 usage time. Using hangingweights is great if you have time to use gravity to your advantage using variable weight method, going from moderate, to high, then to low to maximize tissue stretching, but using the LM2 to do the same using bundled methods will allow the same results, especially with the ADS for post LM2 routines. 20 to 30 minutes, or even 40 to 50 minutes on the LM2, and immediately switch over to the PhalloSan using light-moderate traction..
